Great service received here! Nice selection of new and used phones, accessories and services!
They also do flashing and unlocking as well if you want you want to change carriers on your phone which is really convenient because it saves you from having to buy a new phone when switching companies
Mr. Farooq is a really nice guy and always looks out for me and my family everytime we come here! highly recommended!
in response to William B’s review, its pretty sad how he sounds pretty racist (and extremely ignorant af) being a U.S. Marine. Flashing and imei repair is NOT illegal nor is this business operating illegally or else this place would have been shut down 5 years ago as soon as it opened and there wouldnt be Riverside cops here getting their phones fixed by them almost every other time i come. His «Fellow Americans» from the local area all support this place, which by the way happens to be owned and operated by «fellow american» citizens. Also, I have friends who are in the marines and the army who all come here as well and love the place.

Came into this location to trade my phone for my son i decide to buy one for my wife because the deals were amazing. This will be my new cell phone place to buy and fix phones

I’ve been to a lot of cell phone shops I think this one has to be the best of all. I was there looking for a new phone for my wife because her phone was broken. The employees did not rush me into buying a new phone they told me what my options was as far as getting my phone fixed or to buy a used phone from them. That made me feel like I could trust this location when buying or getting my phone fixed there was no pressure on me. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I went to get my phone fixed and the owner blamed me for waiting so long not to contact him (which was only about two weeks). The phone was having problems but I thought it was because I was not used to an I phone. He was yelling at me. He said he would fix it tomorrow but I almost left there in tears. I will pay to get it fixed somewhere else. He was super nice when he sold the phone to me. I do not recommend going there. Customers should not be treated in this manner.

Awesone service! Shane was really helpful and informative throughout the process. I also seen a great variety of phones to buy from and a good amount of cell services to choose from. They have it all in one place, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

turns out it was a phone with a imei that was illegally changed. lost out on a lot of money

I went into this place today because it was the only phone shop that popped up on my iphone map. The location is not the best because there is limited parking and its upstairs in a weird complex however as soon as I got into the place I was greeted genuinely and felt comfortable. The man who helped me was Farooq himself. I came in to downgrade to a «whatever phone» from my iphone 6 to limit distractions. He was very kind and upon more talking he opened up and told me his story. I was saddened but was in awe in how much determination and hope this man had. He had once owned a cellphone shop here in Riverside in some mall (I’m not from Riverside) and business was great. After the lease was up and the landlord refused to renew due to previous issues he opened this place. He is struggling but works hard and you can see it in the shop. Everything is well maintained and there is plenty of merchandise. I felt the prices were great for the quality of phones. I would definitely encourage my friends to go here if they had phone issues and wanted to buy used or new phones for a solid price.

Really nice people and great customer service. I bought a used phone off them and they guarantee that you wont be blacklisted. If anything is wrong with the phone they will take care of it. They also do repairs and so much more
