Once I got in a real room the experience has been totally different. I have had very kind nurses. I just wouldn’t ever want to do that ER experience again.

Ridiculous! Came here for severe lower abdominal pain with lower back pain and blood in my urine. Staff took me in promptly and drew blood and I gave urine all within 30 mins so I had the impression that it would go smoothly and that they too seen it was an emergency. WRONG! While waiting to see a dr I was left to stand in the hallway (no seats available) within an hr I got a seat and the pain became worse. I was patient until the 4 hr mark of not being seen by a nurse or Dr and the pain was unbearable, so I asked for a charge nurse. BIG MISTAKE! He was rude, callous, and straight mean. He explained that I would wait until a bed became available and until then I would be waiting for a bed. I retreated back to my corner as my seat was then taken. Soon after they began calling patients and the halls cleared. I seen a gurney in the hall and decided to lay down. The same charge nurse came to me a short time later and rudely ordered me to get off. He began exacerbating it into an argument and called security. Another nurse by the name Ben came around yelling and cursing at me to shut my mouth and sit down and «effen wait my turn»! I was then threatened with the police and asked to leave denying me medical attention. I will be following through with a massive complaint!

I went in for severe back pain. After waiting about 45 minutes they took me back and was processed by the floor nurse. No doctors ever came and saw me about my back pain. I was given a shot of some pain killer in my arm which did absolutely nothing for my pain. While waiting to be discharged I had another severe back spasm and I had to basically beg the nurse for something else for the pain. They were just still going to send me home while in severe pain. So finally they gave me another shot of the pain medicine and still the pain didn’t diminish any. I just wasn’t focusing on the pain as much anymore… but it was still there. They didn’t treat my pain at all.

This place is horrible, it takes forever to get a response for anything! Dont come if you dont have to, avoid it as much as possible!!!
