I really really hate going to the dentist, but I was experiencing some dental pain and needed to see a dentist asap.
They were able to accommodate me on super short notice. After I called and explained my situation I was able to book an appointment for less than 2 hours later.
The front office staff was very nice both over the phone and in person.
Dr. Robin was very personable and was able to determine the problem and send me on my way. This happened pretty quickly, but I didn’t feel rushed. I probably spent more time waiting in the waiting room than with the dentist.
The only negative part of the experience, was that they we’re running behind and I spent a couple more minutes than I was expecting in the waiting room. Although, considering they were able to accommodate the same day I called this wasn’t a huge negative for me.

Nobody loves to go to the dentist, but Dr. Rawlinson (Dr. Robin) helps to make it a much more pleasant experience! She is always laughing and telling stories! Everyone in the office is great and they really do remember you. You are not just another patient with your name on a piece of paper. They never try to sell you anything that you don’t need nor do they try to make you do anything cosmetically that you don’t need. Every time I go in for an appointment they get me in and out with hardly any time waiting! The Smilemakers definitely make my bi-​yearly visits a much more pleasant experience!
