I absolutely love this place! Michelle and all the girls are always so welcoming. Sometimes I have to take my 2 young boys in with me and they are always talking to them making them laugh and smile, they are so nice to my boys. And they always have what I need! Everything is so easy to find and the girls always ask if I need help. This is always my go to store :))

I have to admit I am so pleased with this place after meeting the manager. What a 180 from the first time I came in! I will be more than happy to shop at this supply from now on :)

The customer service is awful. I just went in today and I was really unhappy when I left. The cashier used «it’s Sunday» as an excuse for her poor customer service. The store advertises so many sales that aren’t even accurate. I ended up canceling my transaction and went to CosmoProf instead.

I was in there 2 weeks ago I was with my mom. It was the first time we had been there. We where helped by a younger girl I believe her name was Frida she had her had the side shaved with dark hair she was rube to me and my mom we where just asking about what sales they had going on that week since it was the our first time we didn’t really know about the store I was very upset I wanted to let a manager know but my mom said no let’s just go I still wanted to call and let the manager know about there employee it was a nice place so I was very sad to go but as long as there people like that working there I won’t be back I just don’t get some people these days its but I wanted to let people know that if they go there don’t not get helped by that girl!!!

Alex an Melissa … I can’t even explain how much easier u always make my job… You always save me those $$$$$ letting me know when the sales are. I always get personal reminders … They pulled product for me when I’m overly busy they always tell me have a great day … They keep me updated on the newest product. They smile at me they always walk over to point out the product I’m searching for they’ve handed me tissues on days I’ve cried … I love them an I love Alex thank u

Went in today for the first time with a friend, I always do my shopping at cosmoprof but today I decided to check salon centric out. Never Again! The girl at the register was so Rude!!! I obviously didn’t have a card from them so she asked for my license and I gave it to her and when she asked where I worked I told her I was freelance so she said my card would be limited. Really? Hmm. I never heard of that before I’m licensed so I should be able to purchase whatever i want/​Need. ?? So she continued putting my information in and told us to walk around cuz «it was gonna take a while!» Lmao She had such a bad attitude! ! we decided to wait patiently. then when she rang up my stuff my Redken developer said it was on sale for 5 but she said no 10! Then she continued treating me as If I just got my license yesterday, just letting you know I’ve been licensed over 8 years. Never have I gone to this store because I find everything I need at cosmoprof, and never will I go back thanks to this girl. Salon Centric you should hire a better staff. Someone who appreciates there job and costumers. I didn’t get her name but she had a ombré with turquoise in it and one of her sides shaved down. if your new to this store or even a new hairdresser DONT go here. Go to cosmoprof off la Sierra. You will be much happier and always greeted with a smile. Even if you forget to bring your card with you they’ll find u in there system with no attitude! Definitely not coming back EVER!

We have several choices to buy professional products from. This is the only one I go to. Alex is very knowledgeable about everything in her store. She is kind and always willing to help. Customer service is her number one priority. She goes above and beyond!

Love this place! Alex is the best she’s so sweet to me and my daughter and always helps me pick out product. Sometimes I call ahead to see if she will be there when I stop by. Great costumer service!!!
