This location is great. The customer service is great as well. We have bought several pairs of eyeglasses here and we had to have one set redone at the end of the warranty period. It was within a few days and was just a few pock marks in the lens but they had no trouble with it and replaced it without question. They have really good deals on sets of glasses. I would definitely recommend this location.

I’ve been wearing eye glasses for 30 years – my experience at Sears Optical in Riverside was superior to all previous experiences at Lens Crafters, Costco, Sam’s and WalMart. Went on a Sunday expecting 2nd string and was astounded by the Dr, receptionist and sales representative that processed my order. I was greeted warmly be each of them and the Dr. took his time and explained my prescription in detail and triple checked several points to make sure I will be happy with my new prescription. The prices were extremely good and I even got a special 10% discount for a Sunday appointment. Highly recommend this optical center to everyone.

I called them at 11 AM on a Sunday and they offered to get me in at 1:30 PM. Due to other chores I had to take a 4:30 PM appointment. Then about 1 PM I called and asked if there was any way to get one of my sons in today also. They took him at 4:45 PM.
The optometrist was so nice and friendly, yet highly professional at the same time. The office staff was all pleasant to deal with as well. The selection of frames was excellent and the prices good. There was also a 30% off sale that saved me a significant amount on my sons glasses.
They said they would be ready the next Monday but I called Friday and after some checking yes, they had just arrived within the hour. I was able to pick them up a couple of hours later on the way home. I’ve had to take mine back to have them readjusted as they would fall down my nose. They had this done in minutes.
Mine were covered (a bit over 50%) by my optical plan. As I said above my son was 30% off. I would definitely use Sears Optical again.

The girl who assisted with me with filling my prescription seemed to have no understanding of her computer system, Sears pricing, and took nearly 45 minutes to do the same service most other companies can accomplish in five minutes. It has also been nearly one month since my visit, and my contact lenses have still not arrived. In short, go to costco optical, Walmart, or basically anywhere else if you need efficient service.

Best eye dr ever. Sweet heart! Lets you know everything she is doing and why. My insurance doesnt even take her i pay cash. Thats how nice she is. Been going there for years!
