Sherwin-Williams Commercial Paint Store

I visited this store yesterday to take advantage of their 40% off paints and stains sale. Sherwin-​Williams paint is usually pricey – good quality, but more than I’m willing to pay at full retail – so at 40% off it’s a great value. I did have to wait in line for some time, which was to be expected, after all it was a Saturday morning during the sale. I didn’t mind though, because the attendant, Rhuee, was working hard to give attentive service to each person. She was running the whole shop herself: giving input to customers, running over to pull gallons of paint off the shelves, mixing the colors, ringing people up, and even lugging cans of paint out to people’s cars – all with a smile and genuine concern for the customer’s experience. It was actually quite a pleasant way to spend an hour – overhearing the conversations between Rhuee and customers who were in front of me and my two-​year old daughter in line. We all kind of bonded and learned from each other.
When it was my turn Rhuee was pleasant and helpful. I have experience painting, but was still trying to decide what color ceiling paint to pair with my wall color. I wanted something neutral, that would compliment our wall color and maximize natural light. I could’ve done some research on the internet, and spent a lot of time deliberating over swatches, but was glad I decided to just ask whoever was working there and save myself the time. She was knowledgable, helped me finalize my color choices, and helped me select the right product line of paints for my purposes. She was even concerned with helping me stay within my budget. I happened to mention at the beginning of our conversation a number amount that I wanted to stay under. She suggested swapping out one product line for another and thought of another coupon I could apply. In the end I was able to purchase an extra gallon and the total came out to be a few dollars less than my budget – amazing! To top it off she insisted on carrying three of the four gallons I bought out to my car for me (I had a diaper bag slung over one shoulder and my daughter on my hip).
Anyway, can’t say enough about Rhuee. She’s bright, energetic and cheerful; it’s infectious. The way she treats people and the pride she takes in doing her very best is inspiring. I will definitely come back to this Sherwin Williams store for all my painting needs.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Picked out some great colors for our home. My wife and I spent almost an entire afternoon in the store deciding on the colors. The staff continued to help us throughout and didn’t once even give a single hint at being sick of us taking so long. I wouldn’t blame them if they did, but they were patient the entire time. I’ll be back when we paint my daughter’s house next month.

Went in to check prices on house paint. Forgot I had an account from Colorado. Rhuee was great help finding it. Best advice on paint and prices. Would highly recommend to anyone needing some local advice and great prices and comparisons. Talk to Rhuee, She is the best.
