Starbucks

Starbucks is Starbucks. Quality of the drinks are pretty standard here, but on the bright side, they have a clover machine.
What I will say is that that most of the folks that work here are not friendly, but instead have bad customer service and for some reason come off as entitled. Maybe it’s the fact that they work for a great company and the interior of this Starbucks location is pretty bad ass? Regardless, Starbucks needs to invest in retraining these folks, focusing on customer service.
In all honestly, I would say every time I’ve come here, I’ve left feeling somewhat upset with my entire experience. The only reason I come back is because like I said, Starbucks is Starbucks.
In sum, I don’t recommend anything but regular coffee, tea, or something really sweet. Folks here don’t know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte. 3 stars is for the standard decent coffee… And I felt it important to mention the great space and horrible customer service. Overall, gets the job done.

Usually pretty satisfied with Starbucks but this location for some reason always seems to make me never want to come back to any of them. Inconsistent service from the baristas and melted frappucinos after waiting patiently in the drive thru for 20 minutes. And yes I know they’ll remake it if your unhappy, but I shouldn’t have to wait so long only to have to get out of my car to go in to ask for a new drink.

This is my new favorite Starbucks! I’m new to the area, and Urte has already learned my favorite drinks! She’s an awesome barista and her customer service is top flight! I had to leave a review and give this new location for me great kudo points and all credit goes to Urte for providing great service and customer satisfaction !

I didn’t know starbucks had a clown (way too much makeup) working there but anyways, it was very rude. I asked for a venti and the employee gave me a small cup of wtf. As I was sitting there cringing, the lady that was making my drink had enough leftovers to fill the largest cup they have twice, but dumped it all out. I asked if the cup is supposed to be small and with attitude the employee responded yes and if I wanted to buy a venti then asked if I wanted to upgrade it. I will never come back to this place and would happily waste my gas and drive to a different place next time I want a premature venti cup.

but it is probably the nicest and cleanest starbucks i have been to. large tables, spacious. perfect for studying and getting some work done. i don’t know bout the other reviews but each time i go here, the employees have been nothing but great.
definitely my favorite study spot.
and about the drinks, i usually just get tea anyway. i mean, they couldn’t really mess that up now, could they?

I usually order on my Starbucks app and pick it up in the drive thru. Its super easy and they’re always ready and they know its you before you even say your name which is pretty dope!
LOL Alright, let me be petty and say, the only con i have is that baristas will sometimes put whipped cream on my coffee fraps and they’re not supposed to, but i GET IT. So i usually will just take it as is. Its delicious either way :)

TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES WORKING THE DRIVE THRU!!! Got our order completely wrong, overcharged us, and didn’t smile once! Are you new or just ignorant and lazy? Get your sh*t together.

So i like leaving reviews when i feel is absolutely necessary. Today i was helped by chris who was very very nice (: i wasnt clear on what i wanted awhen i ordered and i got the wrong drink. I told him i messed up he helped me out to get it right, very sweet ! thank you so much chris!

I love this store! I stop here on my way to work almost every day and I love sitting at the counter watching the baristas making drinks. Most of the time it is like watching a well oiled machine. (Unless they are training someone new, lol) The store manager is such a cool guy too! He really knows how to run a store!

This Starbucks is hands down my favorite location to go too, especially since the new remodel! It’s big and although crowded at times I can always find a spot! Even when it gets really crowded it never seems that loud making it a really good place to get some work done or study! The baristas are all extremely nice and funny and make for a great experience!

I passed threw This Starbucks every other morning on my way to or from work I don’t think I’ve ever been to a location we’re there’s such a rude employee it’s been a couple of times that a employee by name of Melissa is extremely rude and not kind at all very

Love this location! I come here all the time, the girls even know my name! And what I get! :)

Most of the time their staff show great attitude with smile and courtesy. Drinks are all good too. I’ve been there quite a lot and so far their drinks are consistently good except maybe 1 – 2 time it didn’t taste that good. Therefore, overall is a 4-​star Starbucks!

Well, they have done it again. Raised their prices. For a venti caramel Frappuccino it was already up to $ 4.95 and now today it has gone up to $ 5.25. This, from a company that can hardly ever get the drink right in the first place. I was barely okay with the $ 4.95 but now I am definitely not going to pay $ 5.25 for a drink that is lucky to cost them a $ 1.25 and is mostly ice. What a disappointment. You would think that they would be more concerned with their training program if they expect people to pay such high prices. I am going to empty my gold card and sadly it is no more Starbucks for me. I can only hope that more people jump on this bandwagon so that they come to their senses on a proper price point.

Starbucks you greedy bastards raise the price again what is your problem are you trying to give me a reason to quit drinking your coffee. $ 0.30 all at once. 4.95 — 5.25 over night you killing me. Are you finally going to start getting my order right at this price because you haven’t so far. 5.25 and had whipped cream on it when I ask for no whipped cream then all they did was scrape it off and I’m supposed to smile and pay $ 5.25

When checking the location hours for this place both Unilocal and Google show that this location closes at 11:30 PM, yet we are getting kicked out before 11. This is frustrating because we purposely drove further to this location because it showed it was open longer. In that case, we could have gone to the Tyler location that is closer to us. If they are not open until 11:30 they really need to make sure that the hours showed on other web sites are accurate.

Busy location but they get it done quickly and with a smile. My fav location in the area.

I’m here almost everyday. The staff has always been friendly to me and I’ve never had to complain about the drinks they make.
I used to complain about the lack out outlet space for me to plug in, but with the remodeling that was done, that is no longer a problem!

I find myself grabbing coffee way too much lately, but this Starbucks filled the need for sugar and caffeine during a mid afternoon slump the other day. Not too busy, my blended java chip came out quickly and tasted great. Good location, lots of seating, clean and well maintained with a nice staff.
