Typical Starbucks but the staff is super friendly. I recently discovered the Strawberry Acai refresher per a friend’s recommendation. It is really good!
Parking is ample at this Starbucks. It is pretty packed in the morning but the staff is efficient and the drinks are made pretty quickly. It is the closest Starbucks to Riverside Community Hospital.

Young guy who works the register is great. Rest of the team just seems bothered to be working there. Drinks aren’t made right. They don’t seem to care. Customers complaining about wait times. Still don’t seem to care. Just overall the staff seemed to be very bothered.

I’ve never had bad service here, but my biggest complaint is the seating situation and the weirdos that hang out there. I’ve come in multiple times hoping to enjoy a coffee while finishing homework or a paper, but find I’m outnumbered by hobos just chillin in most of the chairs. I won’t sit on the patio anymore because the people who walk by there make me nervous & Ive grown tired of being asked for money by the same people. It is NOT uncommon to see RPD roll up here and pull a pedestrian aside & search their belongs, etc. keep an eye on your stuff and don’t plan on actually being able to sit down to enjoy your coffee

Alexander was very rude, I asked for a matcha green tea add shot which I’ve done many times and just did the day before at Starbucks. But he told me it couldn’t be done. Then I just asked for a simple ice water. After waiting patiently for 5minutes. No one was working. The employees begin talking. And I ask hey I am waiting for my water kindly. They look like I’ve just insulted them fill my cup up with water no ice. It was not pleasant and I’m very upset at this service. Will not return to this Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks ever. They always take forever your food is cold. I don’t know why they even bother taking orders because they always get them wrong And to top it off a customer service sucks. I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks and this by far is one of the worst

Lets see! Last time i came here and sat outside to have our mini sales meeting, I was accosted by a Street person who just wanted to fight someone. the street people come and bother every one who just wants to enjoy the patio outside. You have to watch your phone and any items on the table of value! to make things worse, the baristas reward bad behavior with free coffee and some times Iced Coffee’s?(No wonder that place is so scary!) This In my view is one of the worst star buck’s to go to!) :(

Glad to see its not just me that thinks the customer service here is terrible!
Unfriendly and at times out right RUDE!
I go at 5:30am mon-​fri and yet there is no parking because the employees take the spots near the door/​handicap spots! They should leave those spots for the customers, it’s bad enough it’s not really that safe in that parking lot!!!
There are always numerous employees working early in the morning but they are always doing something else, instead of helping at the register. The one lady (I think she is the manager) especially doesn’t help the customers, she is too busy putting out all the damn pastries and being rude to her employees which is very unprofessional in front of customers… Just get us early morning people who are on our way to work our Coffee!!!
ALSO something needs to be done about the extreme about of homeless people that hangout there and the parking lot! It is very unsafe any time of the day! Take your business elsewhere

Every time I go here, I’m always disappointed. I wish I knew the guys name who takes everyone’s orders at the register. He is very quick with awesome customer service. However, right when I finish paying for my drink, I’m stuck in line behind a group of people waiting for the other Starbucks employees to finish making the drinks. I’ve noticed though, coincidentally, I’m always waiting for an employee by the name of Kaeley to make the drinks. For someone who works in a fast pace coffee business, it’s like she would rather clean and wipe up counters that are already clean, than make the coffee’s that are lining up next to her. And she just looks unhappy to be there. Can’t say the same about her customer service skills.
If you’re going to work for a fast coffee chain like Starbucks, you should probably be able to keep up with everyone else and put a smile on.

I gave only 2 stars because the servive sucks, every time that I go is always a big line. They are under staff, and when they have enough baristas they are cleaning o doing something else instead of taking care of the customers. The drinks are good. But the wait is ridiculous a lots of times I had to ho back to work with out a drink cause my lunch is only 30 min. They need to hire more people. Sometimes is only one cashier and one barista. Im close to coffe bean but I prefer starbucks, biut I guess I have to change to coffe bean their service is fastet

This is the slowest Starbucks in town. 5 employees talking to each other instead of moving a busy morning line along. It’s convenient, off of the fwy and on my way to work. I’ll probably be back, because of the convenience, but if I have a few extra minutes I may go to coffee bean instead, which is a bit more out of the way. The staff is friendly, just inefficient.

Small location but very busy. I got my Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was very good. Hate the seating arrangements here — all small tables. Don’t bring your friends, there is no room for them! This location should just be a drive thru the parking lot is big.

There is this thing called customer service. Maybe you’ve heard of it? Dear store manager please give your employee of the name Jessica an attitude check and educate her on what customer service is, kindness and being polite. If she wants to be a rude bitch she can work in morgue, the dead can’t respond to disrespect !!

Was driving out to Moreno Valley and desperately needed some caffeine and a bathroom stop, so YAY STARBUCKS.
It’s in the same complex as a CVS so you can also pick up whatever you might need there, but the Starbucks itself is solid. Friendly helpful service, clean bathroom, people studying, etc.

They were very busy on this Saturday morning but we didn’t have to wait long for our drinks to come out. The male barista who made our drinks was very funny with all the remarks he made about customers drinks.
