Studio 131

It’s hard to find a person to trust with my eyebrows especially out here in the inland empire. When I came across studio 131 I was happy. The first time I got my eyebrows done I was ecstatic and absolutely thrilled to finally have a place to come too. When I first met the women of the studio she seemed nice and friendly and always asked me if there was anything I didn’t like to let her know. Until recently I went back to do a brow deluxe and everything that could have went wrong… did! I wasn’t happy with my service and it upset me that I had one eyebrow round and the other one square. The women gave me my refund but after she did I wasn’t a costumer anymore she was rude and was just telling me what else can she do. What’s done is done. I felt that everything was so unprofessional. She did offer to fix it after she was done with her client and I even canceled my plans to wait till she was done. When I finally got a text back i told her I was 15 mins away. When I finally got to the shop she was leaving and said that she has another client so I took that as her brushing me off. So I just decided not to go here anymore. She went as far as to block me on IG for no apparent reason. I recommended many people to her but ever since then I told many people to look else where. It’s very sad to say that I will no longer be coming here. I will gladly take my business somewhere else.
