Dr Suiter is biased towards men. If you need a 730 eval and you are a woman– beware! I would use someone else– he will give your kids to their father even if you have been a great Mom.

This man is CORRUPT. He takes kick backs from attorneys. He has been investigated by the DOJ and the California Attorney Generals office. He has been referenced on TV shows, California Legislation, to try and protect parents from his corrupt acts of selling custody of children to the highest bidder. If you are a victim of Domestic Violence he will blame you for it! Parents and children have died as the result of his corruption he is known as Dr. Death! Be advised STAY AWAY from him. Your attorney and the court can’t force you to see him, you have the right to find a different 730 evaluator so PLEASE do so!

I’m a woman. We did a 3111 evaluation. I was honest as were my kids. We prevailed. I had nothing to hide but my ex did.
Dr suitor is pretty thorough talking to the families. He takes the time to find out the marriage history. His tests are kind of odd. Not really doing much of any representation that’s baring towards the court needs. So a waste there. He takes time to talk to the kids and find out their needs. But does tend to treat teenagers rather oddly. But if you sit back and answer honestly the truth comes out. Hide nothing. But then again if you have nothing to hide, You know the dirty stuff. Like failure at parenting when you have your kids or doing what’s right for the kids. Then you will be fine. But if your a complete mess then he will see this. So I suggest to just be honest.
I gave him 4 stars only because he could stand to treat teens or young adults with more respect but does listen to their needs.

Dr. Suiter sees thru manipulation! If you’re trying to alienate the other parent, he sees it. If you’re using the children as weapons, he sees it. If you are brainwashing your children, he sees it. If you have coached your children at all in the past, he sees it. If you’re trying to argue with documentation and facts, don’t bother. He will look into any and all allegations you make. My ex said I was engaged to a child molester and even had pics of the car I previously owned, at the mans residence. Dr. Suiter actually called and asked for my side of the story. After hearing the FACTS, that info was thrown out. Just because you tell him something, does not mean he’s going to automatically believe it. If you’re truthful, and actually want what’s best for your children, you have nothing to worry about. If you’re manipulating, brainwashing and using your kids, you won’t be happy with him. And as far as the reviews stating he can be «bought» or «bribed» that is not true at all! My ex is very wealthy and I am barely surviving! The 730 was not in favor of my ex.

Very thorough, straight forward and by the book. Rest assured that Dr Suiter will do what is in the best interest for the child. He will look beyond angering, bickering couples and place the child exactly where he or she should be. Ignore most of the bad reviews. They are from disgruntled parents who obviously didn’t have the 730 eval go their way. I encourage you to be straightforward and tell the truth. He can see right through lies and is surprisingly accurate with regards to his reports.

I had to use this doctor over 10 years ago during a 730 evaluation. This doctor — and I use that term loosely — did not read a single paper that he requested in my informational packet. He was ready to recommend split custody with an admitted child abuser, and it was only when I showed him a previous 730 evaluation with proof of abuse that he changed his tune and wrote the recommendation in my favor.
While the evaluation went in my favor, I would never, ever recommend this man for anything-​court ordered or otherwise.
