They have 2 locations inside the Tyler mall. Came here to find replacement lenses for my Oakleys and at the first location (downstairs) they did not have my lenses. But the guy called up to the other location upstairs and made sure they had my lenses.
At the second location the lady was very nice and found exactly what i was looking for. I would of given 5 stars but when I got home I found out that one of the lenses was scratched and I knew I had bought the last pair of lenses at that specific location. When I called the next day the same lady answered and remembered me. She apologized for the inconvenience and ensured that I would be able to exchange or get a full refund at any of the locations. Ended up going to the one inside the Moreno Valley Mall and was more than satisfied with the customer service there as well.
