Tanglewood Apartments

I have lived here since for almost 3 years. I couldn’t recommend it more. Its gated, its quiet, its clean. Charlynn is very kind and professional. I haven’t had any problems with neighbors. The units are good sized and at an excellent price. I suggested it to a friend and she moved into the complex. She also thinks highly of it, so much so that she suggested it to another friend who is now moving in!
If you pay your rent on time, live responsibly and be courteous to your neighbors this is the place for you!

So, I’ve been reading the reviews for this place and am wondering, is this the same place I live? Can’t be. Manager, Charlette, is very nice and courteous. Although the buildings are old, they are very well kept. Any problem I’ve ever had have been dealt with swiftly and professionally. 5 years here and the only issues I’ve seen are from the behavior of other tenants. My time here has been safe, pleasant, and enjoyable. The grounds are immaculate and the new pool & spa are awesome.

Ive lived there going on four years charlynn the manager and john the handy maintance man have been awsome in every way, anything goes out or wrong, its taken care of in a timely manner, the place is very clean, inside and outside, large two bed rooms with huge closets, large nice balcony ‘s nice clean laundry room, the pool and jacuzzi are nice and clean, its a gated clean place to live, my two young girls love it there, so its weird that some would put it down, sometimes you get what you deserve and need to blame someone else, grow up and look at yourself, and it could get better for you, anyways me and my girls give this place to live two thumbs up, and highly recommend this to any of my friends!

DONT MOVE IN HERE YOU WONT BE HAPPY!!!
I moved in with a buddy the beggining of the summer because the rent was cheap but you get what you pay for!!! Everything about this place is old and outdated and its only been two months but our apartment stays at 85+ unless we have the ac running all day when we arent home. If we do that our electric bills is in the mid 100s easy. The walls are super thin also so I think that is part of the problem. seriously dont move in here. i beggeth of you.

Dont move in here the mangement in here is crazy! instead of saying ok sorry we might have messed up here. They DEny DEny Deny. and the amount of notices left on your door and rule breaking is immense they would like to issue fines for everyday non issue in other apartments but here hold the presses and start CPR the sky is falling.
Save your self the trouble and relocation process when you decide this place is a joke. Even the upper mangement cant remain impartial.
Apartment opening soon: if you like the sound of the car running over the gate, la sierra ave sounding like its in your bed room, walls that dont hold the air conditioning. spider and bee problem here floks too.
