Highland, CA
Best Disney Store in the I.E. I LOVE this particular location. It is a new and remodeled location. (The Ontario store is an outlet, and the San Bernardino store has never had the remodel.) It is huge and a thrill to the eyes. There is a child area with T.V., table, chairs, and coloring. It is clean and organized. The staff are super helpful and friendly, much more so at this location. Their merchandise is always fully stocked. I go to this store, when the store that is closer to me (San Bernardino) doesn’t have what need in stock. Since it’s a bit of a drive, I always call ahead first to make sure they have what I need. And they are always so nice and willing to answer my questions.

This Disney store was the better of the most I’ve been not including the ones from the Disneyland parks. Great selection. Good staff that seem to love their jobs. There is a kids fun interactive section that can be a cool visit for a family mall day. Again I love the variety of things here’s this store. Much better than Rheinland center store.

The Customer Service is not very good I was going to purchase a toy for $ 8 with my ATM card they do not accept ATM and the clerk asked the manager if she could run it as credit because I did not have my ID with me he made me go all the way out to the parking lot with my kids crying there and back so I can get my drivers license

If you come into this Disney store ask for VICENTE «Simba» because he’s totally AWESOME and the best employee here! He is courteous, friendly and silly! He’s the best when it comes to the Disney play dates that happen each day during the summer! Very energetic and fun! (10 for Vicente)

My fairy tale kingdom away from the real magic of Disney. This wonderful store transports you into the wonders of the most amazing place on earth. The colors and bright characters make you feel like you are about to experience something so good and you do.

This store does not know what customer service means… Very disappointed. Will never give my business to them again.

What can I say about this place? It’s the Disney Store. My kids think this is a big playground when they pass by here. I question some of the products that they carry here. Last time I bought something during the holidays, 2 out of 3 items had to be returned. I have no problems with buying clothes here, but with toys, I kinda look at the stiching for stuffed animals and on others I observe how parts move to see if it has a likelihood of breaking easy.
