Good clothes great prices. Love my sexy black blazer awesome price… now wish I can fit in it again when I bought it…

The clothes here are pretty nice (I can always find something cute and in good condition) but pricey compared to most thrift shops. Tops run around $ 8-​$ 12, dresses around $ 12-​$ 15. I will say that sunglasses are cheap there, as are shoes. Also, everything is clean and well kept, and the girl who runs the place is very friendly and helpful.

The fashion house has a lot of good finds. So much vintage clothing and very reasonably priced! I got a designer bag here for only $ 25 once and it was in practically brand new condition. The staff is always nice, very helpful! The only warning I have is the hot dressing room. There is a fan in there but it gets warm pretty quick when you’re changing clothes over and over. I would recommend The Fashion House to anyone! It’s wonderful!

I have called almost every day for 2 weeks to set an appointment with Belinda to look at my clothes. Each time there was an excuse to check her calendar and a promise to call me back. I never would receive a call back and would call again and more promises were made that were not kept. Finally I got the girl to look at Belinda’s calendar and she said she was booked. I asked how could she be booked? I have called every day for 2 weeks. She said it was not personal. I agree, However, it is NOT professional. I called Le Chic Boutique and got an appointment right away.

I wanted to consign items with this store. I provided the store with my contact information and told the staff to contact me after my items were evaluated. The staff provided me with owner information and told me to contact her to schedule an appointment. I left a message on the owner’s business phone, cell phone, and email. I did not receive a response. A month later, I was contacted by store staff and was told that the owner would schedule an appointment with me to evaluate my items. The owner never contacted me. This business needs to do a better job of contacting consigners.

Probably one of the best resale/​consignment stores in the area. You can see that ownership pays attention to detail — layout of the store is organized and curated very well. This shop is worth the trip and best of all, you never know what you’re going to find in a place like this. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the shop and friendliness of the staff. Today, I finally found a hidden gem!

The outside is absolutely adorable and I have been driving by it for a month now. I finally decided to go check it out… Their clothes are very well displayed and they had some really really cute things. I bought quite a few items there. Very happy with them! I will definitely go back. The staff was quite friendly as well which is always nice. Buying secondhand clothing is good for the environment as well.

The customer service is great. The lady at the register was really helpful and nice. I wanted to purchase a purse, but it had some damage so she called her manager to see what she could do. The purse was already 50% off which made it a cool $ 12 with the damage though I wanted to know what could be done. So, she called her manager who happens to be the owner and she asks me what I want them to do about, what would make me happy. They ask those questions not in a mean way, just a helpful way. I was going to ask for it for ten even, instead she offered to put points on my Belly account. The Belly app lets you accumulate points at certain stores that use that app. Basically, she did that and you get certain rewards with the points like free items or so much off your purchase. I thought that was nice. They were really considerate and the boutique is super cute, too. :)

Everyone here is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. They have a very large selection of clothing and formal wear. I will definitely be going back here to shop.
