Don’t let the price persuade you! The hall coordinator will smile in your face up until the day of the event to get your money. I had my wedding reception here and was VERY disappointed with the way she treated my family, vendors, and guests (as if they were below her)! I couldn’t believe the things they told me after the wedding was finally over. She totally transformed into a rude, controlling person, making things way more difficult than they needed to be. I will NEVER host another event here as long as she is the event coordinator and don’t recommend it to anyone else! Save yourself and avoid!

I really wish I could give 10 stars! Celebrated my wedding here and it was absolutely PERFECT! Phyllis and her crew did a wonderful job! The decorations, service, and organization was amazing! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, Phyllis took care of all the details. The hall was beautifully set up for all my guests and my husband and I were treated like royalty! I would definitely recommend the Orangecrest Club to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean and affordable venue. I will be hosting more parties here! Thank you Phyllis! :)

I was a guest at a wedding on November 21^st 2015. Everything was excellent! The food was good and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone.

Just wanted to thank The Orangecrest Club, and especially Phyllis. We just had our wedding and reception there. It was amazing. We had around a hundred guests. We had full access to the kitchen and the bar set up worked so well. Everyone raved about the set up and the hall. This is a top notch banquet hall.

We just held a post-​wedding reception at the Orangecrest Club for my son and new daughter-​in-​law who were married in Columbus, OH. This venue was just perfect for our group. The layout is very accommodating for a celebration that includes dancing. Phyllis, the coordinator, was wonderful to work with… from my initial meeting with here to see the venue through the actual event itself. She was flexible and incredibly customer focused. She offered many great suggestions for us, and provided service that was «above and beyond»! It is my pleasure to highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place to have a reception.

This was my wedding venue back in November of 2010 … I fell in love with this place the minute I saw it so immediately I called my fiancé and my parents to see it as well and they loved it as well … We could already invision it :) so much help from Phyllis I recommend this place to anyone

I haven’t chosen this venue yet; I’m just writing a review based on the customer service I received for the tour. It was GREAT by the way. Phyllis, the coordinator was so accommodating and polite. She was very informative about her facility and everything is very well taken care of as far as the flooring and wall conditions. No chipped walls or discolored areas, no worn down or torn, tattered carpet. The lighting was adjustable which I thought was convenient. Candles must be in a jar if being used as center pieces. No nails allowed in the walls, although as of now the command hooks are allowed because so far they haven’t damaged the walls. The only negative is, it’s not very ideal to have the ceremony outside because one of the busiest, main roads is literally a few feet away. She let us take our time looking around and I never once felt rushed even though we were the last appointment at 7 o’clock.
Oh and I would highly recommend communicating to Phyllis through her email, which is on the website, seeing as she responds super quick!
