I have been going to see her for years, and she is very nice and does an EXCELLENT job. And she is very fast. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting any part of his or her body waxed.

Complete waste of time and money. Right off the bat Gail was angry about something and then tried to set a world record for speed. It was supposed to be a full body shave but half the hair is still there. The prices are lower but so is the quality.

If I could give her 10 stars I would. I’ve had Brazilian waxes from coast to coast and more than one place in Europe and I can honestly say that not all aestheticians are created equally. Gail is one of the masters. Seriously, I kid you not. By the time she was done with my Brazilian my skin was smoother than smooth.
She puts you at ease immediately and doesn’t stand on ceremony. She jokes with you and it’s like you’re having girl talk with a friend. Her studio is a clean and relaxing environment. I think my Brazilian took all of 30 minutes and I can honestly say I was at ease with the entire situation.
If you’re looking for one of the best, if not best, Brazilians in Riverside you’ll find it at The Private Waxer. I’ve definitely found my aesthetician.

This place is legit and so is Gail! This was my first time here and went here based on the reviews. She is very professional and straight up. I’ve tried several different wax places and am usually hurting after for a while. This is the first time I did not hurt bad at all AND the aftermath was still great. I previously went to Wax Lounge and truth be told was not really impressed. Give The Private Waxer a try and you’ll be glad you did!

Ms. Gail is very personable and she is very good at taking anxiety away from getting waxed in certain areas… I’ve been to her a few times already and I would /​am going back to her whenever I want to get waxed. She’s very knowledgeable about waxing and very clean because she does have her practice in her home and in its own separate room. I would refer her to everyone!

My first time here. I went in for a Brazilian. This place is very private (her home) and looks clean. She did a good job and was very friendly. Her prices are lower than the wax lounge. I’m glad a found this place because it is very hard to find a good waxing place in this area.

I called around to see what a chest, back for a man is. I was surprised most places was over $ 125 (remind you I’m not that hairy) so when I talk to Gail I was happy to hear her price was over 50% cheaper than the others. So when I get there I was scared (1st time waxing) she made me feel relaxed. She was very Knowledgable and quick to get it all done. I highly recommend her. Thanks Gail. See you in 6 weeks. :)

I saw Gail for the first time today – for my first waxing! She put me very much at ease, considering my understandable anxiety. It turned out that we both attended the same massage school – some time apart – which sort of broke the ice. It definitely gave her immediate credibility as far as I was concerned!
I didn’t want a full waxing: I just had my shoulders, back, glutes, «intimate area», and crack done. I was surprised to experience much less discomfort than I’d expected: sort of like taking the athletic tape off a taped ankle or wrist back in my soccer-​playing days.
Gail has a great sense of humor, which also helps reduce the stress level of the experience. I look forward to seeing her again. Give her a call; make an appointment; then post your own glowing review here!
