Rude. Yelling at customer is nothing to them.
They try to hold out on our expensive wine shipment from a winery in California Repris from us just because we dared to speak back to them after they yelled and budgeted us for 5 min over $ 5 fee and we did not come to pick up the wine fast enough.
They threaten to call police when I start to record their yelling, and they tried to take my phone away out of my hand when I try to call 911.
They finally handed over our prized wine shipment when police cruiser pulled up in front of the store responding to my 911 call.
I think employees were trying to keep the package for them selves learning it was an expensive wine.
