I came in on Halloween morning. Place had 3 ladies and one client. First thing one lady asked was if I called. I politely said no and would like a manicure and pedicure. They were extremely rude and rough. It wasn’t pleasant at all. I even got bloody cuticles and nails cut so short. It hurts

these ladies do a great job, this place is a hidden gem. they take they’re time, and really focus and do exactly what you want. for me, I’m always happy when I leave:) thanks ladies.

Why is this place still open? Bad quality of nail polish and even worse customer service. They seem to HATE IT when people come in for anything. Their faces look more like «go away!»

They do great nails ask for Amy pedicures are good as long as you don’t want a long massage but they clean your feet up fantastic!

Awful place! Came into to get gel manicure and lady cut me during filing not once, not twice, three times!!! I stopped her and told her this isn’t gonna work cause ladies you know what comes at the end of a gel manicure… alcohol wipe down! No freaking way! There were so many concerns after her cutting me that I actually did ask for some alcohol to disinfect and I walked out but since I’m not heartless I gave her$ 10 :/​urrghh so mad

extremely rude customer service. I was coming in for a simple pedicure with my mom and was quickly told to come back later. I told them today was my only day off and I was a new client and not even then were they polite. i asked if I can schedule an appointment and I was ignored. some lady then just told me to come back «tomorrow» .
so much for me giving them a chance. they lost a customer in an instance

I got there before 1pm and I didn’t leave until almost 4pm. They don’t have enough people working… I got a pedicure and simple full set. They weren’t even going to do the full set because one of the ladies was leaving, but then the «manager» came in to do it. The manager was extremely rude and did my nails super fast as if she didn’t want to do them and only came in to do that. She rushed through the entire process and even when she painted my nails the cuticles were a mess. Probably the sloppiest job I’ve ever had done to my nails. That plus them being rude and disrespectful will be good enough reason for me not to go back their again! They don’t have much business and now I know why it’s always empty.

BAD SERVICE, STAY AWAY!!!
My wife was burned with the electric scrapping tool and started bleeding. And to add insult to injury, the lady that did this claimed that that cut was already there and proceed to bad-​talk to my wife in Vietnamese.
Spend you money somewhere else!!!
I would give them Zero stars, but that’s not an option on this web site.
