Collette Lee and her staff get an A+! Renting out your home can be very stressful, and having a professional on your side guiding the process and securing a good tenant is invaluable. This company has been serving riverside for many years, is very involved in the community, and knows the neighborhoods, schools, shopping, etc., to help your future tenants make good choices as well. You cannot go wrong whether you are the property owner or a tenant seeking a home.

Tower Property Management is the worst! I was interested in a property they were managing and contacted them via e-​mail (their preferred way to communicate) which is not only time consuming, but inconvenient as well. After finally receiving a vague response from Rochelle (?) to my questions about the property, I had to re– e-​mail her for specific answers, only to receive a response of «I’m showing the property at 8am on Friday, e-​mail your confirmation».
I arrived at the property at specified time to find other potential clients also waiting for Rochelle, who didn’t bother to show up– nor did she have the courtesy to cancel our appointment. I requested time off from work, wasted the morning, and made a 60 mile round trip for nothing. Further aggravating the situation was how she didn’t answer her phone, the office phone went directly to a machine, and she has failed to return my call.
From the onset, their lack of professionalism and courtesy gave me the suspicious feeling that I was simply a potential back-​up offer should her primary clients fall-​through. I hope her unethical practices are returned to her ten-​fold.

I have worked with Tower Realty several times both selling and buying my home. Brent Lee spent over a year with us finding the right home and sealing the deal when there were eight other competitive offers. Brent along with the Tower Realty staff is professional, friendly and efficient. He listened to our priorities and desires (I was really picky). Even though Brent is located in Riverside he helped us find our home in Redondo Beach. I would highly recommend him to you!
