Turf-N The World

Great product and great service! Dave, Greg & their crews worked their tails off and I like the fact that these are all employees of the company. No subs are used. Had ½ turf and ½ desert landscape installed, along with some concrete work. Their installation process is really good quality. They also made some great suggestions that were not on the original contract. All this and a 20 yr. warranty on the product. If you’re looking to install turf, this is the company to choose!

The turf was installed 2 months ago, we started trying to get it fixed a month ago & it still looks like crap! It looks like old wrinkled saggy carpet. A week ago the sales man finally came out & said it needs to be fixed & it’ll be done asap cause we have a huge party coming up. A week later still no word from anyone. Both the product & customer service are ridiculous! $ 13,000 wasted, I want to cry when I think if how much I wasted, I should have invested that in my sons future & let him play on dirt.

Customer service and response to interested customers are very poor. Called almost over 5 times and Ashley, Brenda and some guy said we will call you back to set up an appointment, but never did. how can you make money if a simple call back is not done… I’m surprised this business is still open… Not recommending this company at all.

My wife and I had been thinking about having our backyard done with artificial turf because it never got enough sun, and would turn into a mosh-​pit when the rain hit.
But, no matter how many companies we called out to our home, none of them had a product that looked natural, felt good, and was safe for pets (we have two big dogs).
Then, while walking through a car show (don’t ask; we were there to support a friend), we ran into Turf-​n the World’s display tent, and were instantly drawn to their products. The turf we eventually chose (Really Real-​Blue Kentucky Blue Grass) has different widths and heights of blades, including some dead/​burnt blades included, doesn’t get hot in the sun, and looks as real as it gets. And their product doesn’t use those chopped-​up tire bits to keep the grass standing upright.
And if that wasn’t enough, as amazing as their product is, their service and installation team was even better. In three days, they leveled and dried-​up our backyard, capping the sprinklers that we no longer would need, and carefully installed the turf. There are no seams to be found, the edges are securely fastened, and they even took extra time to make sure the «nap» ran in the right direction so it would look best from the areas of the yard where we typically sit.
Now, we’re making arrangements to have our front yard done, as well.
I cannot recommend their product or this company highly enough.

A couple years ago I had my back yard done with their turf and I must say I LOVE it, it has been the best investment. They have AMAZING customer service and have always been available for questions or concerns I may have and respond rapidly. The only thing I can gripe about is that they came up with newer cooler turf that my dogs would probably prefer better but that’s not their fault, its my timing lol.
