Been great so far, closes a tad early in my opinion. Clean, easy to use, straight forward. Emails and calls if anything is needed. Great rates for veterans!

Worse self storage I have ever encountered. I usually don’t use Unilocal to bash but this company is as backyards. My sister needed a storage place but because of the location and time, she had me sign her up, with the intent stated by management that she would be able to then sign it over into her name. This did not happen, they tried to have her sign and new lease and pay for new locks and a new deposit … I’m not a patient person when it comes to stupidity and trying to bullshit me, so we kept the unit in my name and she paid the bill each month. When the time came to move her out, she was already in Texas and I had to help move her out, her credit card changed so she gave them the new one but aledgely sent her a authorization form and asked her to fax it back.. umm it’s 2015 who the he’ll faxes anymore. Then the self storage processed her payment but denied access into the unit because they didn’t have the authorization form. They told us she needed to email it now, but it needed to be her signature… so we forged it for her(with my sister consent and knowledge of course) sent a picture of the«authroization«to my sister so she could email to the storage place. Ass backyards and there is no security there, please use your brains people. Point of rant, will never use this storage unit again and would not suggest anyone is the riverside area to use them either.

I have had a storage unit here for going on 6 years. The premises is very clean, easy to access, and it well maintained. There are two stories and there is a dumbwaiter so you don’t have to lug all your stuff up the stairs. The walkways and units have motion sensor lights, and the buildings are well insulated so you don’t have to worry about your belongings getting damaged by the heat or cold. I have also noticed that my unit has no dust buildup and I have never seen cobwebs or any type of pest. I have only been to one other storage facility in the area and it was scary and disgusting. It really made me appreciate Tyler Self Storage. The premises is secured by a gate where you enter a code that also disarms your unit’s alarm. The prices are reasonable. I pay $ 35/mo. for a 5×5 unit, which is actually a lot bigger than it sounds if your storing mostly boxes. My only gripe is they charge a small fee if you want them to mail you a statement, otherwise it’s on you to remember to pay your bill. And their late fees are NOT cheap. Also, it would be nice if I could pay online, but they do take payment over the phone so that works for me. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone living in apartments in the area who could use a little more storage space.
