My plaster was apparantly over 20 years old, it was falling apart all over the place. I had a several quotes by local pool contractors to get new plaster and tile. Ultimate Pool Remodeling not only gave a very comparable rate to the others, but seemed more professional and had more experience behind the company. When getting my quote, Eric was also very informative and suggested some FANTASTIC ideas. I was unaware at the time that I could make additions to my pool, but Eric informed me that I could add a reef section or baja step in the shallow end, and also suggested a bench seat in the deep end. After thinking about it for a day, I had to have them, I measured out what I thought would work best and was given a very reasonable price for the additions. The only thing I would do different if I could, would be to go with my own sourced plumbing guy. (My pool is very old and I wanted to add a dedicated vacuum line for a Kreepy Krauly). I could have gotten a little more work for a little less price in retrospect. I think they said Ultimate Pool contracts out their plumbing work on remodels.
Any questions or concerns I had during the construction process were immediately answered and or fixed.
In the end I am very happy with the color, the tile and the work done on my pool. The additions of the reef and bench seat really update the pools usability, and I would definitely recommend Ultimate Pool Remodeling to anyone looking to update or build a new pool.
