I have tried calling them to find out about my order six times and nobody answers and I know they’re open, stay far away from this place!

Since this is not a real Verizon store they can not do what a real Verizon store can do. They are a privately owned Verizon store for this reason a corporate store can not fix the mistakes they have made. I have bought phones from them before that have been broken and they are not helpful at all. Just take the drive to a real store.

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. What you’ll get in this store is poor customer service and hack salesman whose word means nothing. This has been my family’s go-to Verizon store since it opened. Their customer service has always been average at best, but sufficient enough to out up with them until now. 29 days ago I went in to see about a long foot charging cable for my Iphone. The salesman sold me on one, but before I completed the transaction I asked about the return policy because I had problems with long cables before from another electronics store. After giving me the rundown on the return policy I decided not to get it, but then he said if the cable failed at all bring it in and they would do a merchandise exchange even if I did not have the receipt and packaging. Sold!!! Well, my wife went in today to exchange the cable because it had gone bad. After 5 minutes of going back and forth with them she left frustrated and with our same old broken cable. So much for customer service and honoring your word. I imagine my family has spent thousands in this store over the years and likely would have spent thousands more. Now, because the store wouldn’t honor their word, I will be taking all of my business elsewhere. I wonder how much sales revenue they’ll miss out on from us and from anyone else who is turned away by this review all for a $ 35 power cable???

Really a minor situation. It’s only money. But we needed a Verizon store to hash out a couple of issues. Like for instance, uploading way too many photos for Unilocal, causing me to crash and burn on my data plan this month. So, I want to thank you, Alex, for your sage advice and really friendly customer service. Probably not the most popular answer as far as Corporate Verizon was concerned, but he told us that we had signed up under a very special promotional plan, one they could not duplicate anymore. We were getting twice as much data on our plan than they could give us today. So he said, don’t change a thing, go ahead and rack it up, if we must. A one time surcharge would still be equal or less than what they charged now and we would be stuck with it on a monthly basis. And then he explained that I needed to take advantage of free Wifi connections for data uploads/downloads.(Probably everyone else in the world already knew this, but I was a little unsure exactly how that worked.) So, now I know… and can go confidently forward, slamming all my Unilocal friends with my copious number of pics, watching YouTube if I want, and keeping my Pandora account streaming if I so choose. Somebody better give that man a raise! And expect an avalanche of photos to appear, folks. As if I didn’t have enough already.

Wouldn’t even give this store one star. I upgraded our phones through this store, waited 5 days, never got a call when the phone arrived at the store but luckily I was tracking it myself. Got to the store and all 4 of the guys were standing outside doing nothing and a few smoking(um y’all never called me to say my phones were in you shouldn’t just be sitting around doing nothing!). Got one phone activated but took about 20 min. Trying to activate my second phone but couldn’t cause it was still connected to a contract(um I’m buying a new phone how is it still connected to a contract!). So after being there for almost 2 hours they directed me to the Magnolia store(where they sent 95% of the customers that walked in there during my time there). They never gave me the box to ship the one phone back that they said they would. This was all back on Feb 8th2015. So now Verizon charged me $ 225.89 for the phone that I tried sending back ATLEAST4 times! One of the guys that also got a phone and picked it up while o was there asked if they sold Otter boxes and they said no to order directly from Otter box online. When I went to the Magnolia store they had TONS of Otter Boxes for the 6+! These guys are stupid! Idk how they still have a job! AVOIDTHISSTOREATALLCOST!!!

Terrible customer service and return policy. They said that I couldnt return my defective item because it was also broke and not saleable. Doesn’t defective alone mean that an item is not saleable?
