Walgreens

I go to this Walgreens a lot but I’m starting to think the Rite Aid or CVS nearby would be a better choice. I just purchased $ 90 worth of beauty products and was carrying them all in my hands. I passed the cosmetics counter register because the line was long & I stood in line up front instead for about 5 minutes which isn’t a problem at all but when I got to the register & started setting my items down, the cashier saw that I could barely carry everything & watched me set almost all of my items down & then asked me to go to the cosmetics register to be rung up instead. He said he would carry my items over (leaving the front unattended & without a cashier with a line behind me) but I asked if it mattered what register you’re rung up on (since I’ve been shopping at this location since it opened & it hasn’t mattered before) & he said yes that corporate would prefer any cosmetics be rung up at the cosmetics counter. I’m sure I could have just told him to ring me up where I was at but I was annoyed at the lack of customer service, I preferred to deal with somebody else. After I picked up all of my items & stood in line again to be rung up at the cosmetics counter, the nice employee there told me it didn’t matter what register I was rung up at & was surprised to see him sending even more people over to be rung up who had already waited in line up front as well. This is very poor customer service, you’re not supposed to inconvenience the customer. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the ladies in the cosmetic department have always been awesome, helpful, & very friendly.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the photos that i purchased from walgreens. I spent $ 60 in photos and they look awful and non of the photos fit on the photos

If you want to die from getting incorrect prescriptions, then by all means come here. If you want to live, go to Elsewhere. I am pregnant and my doctor called in a prescription. When I got there to pick it up, I didn’t realize that #1 they gave me the wrong medication that could have caused a miscarriage or birth defects!!! Then, for another prescription, they gave me a different size needle than what the doctor prescribed but they lied to me saying the doctor prescribed it. They don’t even use that size of needle!!! They also charged me a very high price for the syringes BC insurance only covered the needles! Way to take advantage, Walgreens!
On a side note, the pharmacy staff was dangerously outspoken with giving incorrect information and having a rude attitude with everyone who approached the counter. It was, by far, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Have had continuing issues with our prescriptions not ready on time. Again today more missing prescriptions and crazy delays. Last straw, we are moving our scripts back to CVS.

I go to this drugstore for all my drugstore needs! Make-​ups, lotions, contact solution… Pretty much all hygiene products and candy to sneak into theaters (sorry mission grove. Too expensive!)
The service is usually OK. I come in and no one knows Sign Language, makes it trivial to shop. Wish they would hire someone to sign asl. Some of the products are a little expensive, but it’s a drugstore. Nothing goes above expectation.
Might be better off finding a target.

I like knowing that if I need anything to aid a common cold/​flu i can come here 24 hours a day. They’re convenient and clean. 2 Redboxes outside makes it worth the trip… And a perfectly reasonable excuse to buy lots of candy!

The cashier has a staring problme that’s for sure. other than that I love Walgreens I just go in there sometimes just to walk around and see what I can find: D

Average chain drug store. They have a good selection and polite and helpful staff.
