Aria was so helpful. She helped my guys find a pair of shoes and a hat. She tried to help me but i didnt find nothing. She got the shoes fast and was close by if we needed something. She put the shoes on us which i havent had that service in along time in footlocker. She is a hard worker. I had started with another employee but she took forever. So thanks to Aria if not i would of left. I didnt get to use my 25 off birthday coupon because i was a penny off. That is what made me give a 4 star. A penny off really. I did get to use military discount. But the 25 off was more.

Nice, always asking for help never had a problem while here. The service is great as a regular they always know what I’m looking for during new arrivals. Definitely my go to place when looking for my shoes.

We had a great experience. The mall was super crowded on this day and so was footlocker! Despite being really busy… we had awesome customer service. Our sales guy was nice and super attentive, which is hard to complete with my family. Being that I have a talkative 3 yr. Old and an indecisive husband :)
Good selection of shoes and we shopped on a sales day! Overall very happy with our purchases.

Stopped in here this afternoon just to pick up a few pairs of socks. Didn’t want to get any shoes, any t-​shirts, just two simple pairs of the Jordan basketball socks.
I will say this about the particular location: The stock is organized, even if the people are not. The staff was running all over the place in typical Foot Locker fashion, shouting out their code words, «BACK!!!» «ROLL OUT!!!» (That’s actually kinda funny to me).
But what really ticked me off about this location is when I finally found the socks, they had pretty much ALL of the colors. I had a hard time picking out which ones I wanted, so naturally, I was checking them all out. A sales associate came over and asked if I needed help. I told him that I was good and just figuring out which ones I was going to get, code word for «I’m-good-now-go-away». Not only did he INSIST on letting him help me, but he STOOD OVER ME while I was trying to make my decision. HOVERING. Wow.
Way to intimate the customers man. I understand that they work for commissions (even if they won’t admit that they do), but you don’t hover over a customer while they’re trying to make a decision. Never.
Won’t be back at this location again. Besides, at this particular mall, as Rahshonda K has mentioned, there are THREE other Foot Lockers to choose from.

This place sucks, favortisim on retro Jordans

First off I could not believe that there were a total of FOUR Foot Lockers in ONE mall. I figure with World Foot Locker you should be able to find everything… NOPE. Cant find the shoe you want at that one go to the next and if you want custom check out the House of Hoops. The staff was very cool and the boys that worked there were so cute :) I found some HOT Shoes and will definitely be back.
