Great donuts but female coworker was rude and acted annoyed. I don’t normally Unilocal franchises but for her I will.

I had a terrible experience at this yum yum. My daughter has a severe tree nut allergy so we are very careful and ask a lot of questions about cross contamination. The ladies behind the counter were annoyed and didn’t understand what I was asking. They were very rude. We rarely go to places where she is at risk but the few times we do it would be nice if the people who worked there understood that just because the banana nut muffin is on a different tray than the chocolate donut there is a possibility of the nut falling and contaminating other non-nut donuts. I’m not questioning you as a person just how the food is handled.

If I could put zero stars I would the lady didn’t speak any English… For my first time I got a plain croissant and it was stale and had no taste. Never going there again… Can’t even get a decent order across because she didn’t speak no English I had to point at what I wanted… Boooooo this place isn’t good at all

They are open 24 hours which is the main reason I ever visit. Plus it’s a few stores down from the laundromat. The donuts are best during peak hours. Not sure they make them through out the day. The basics, like glazed and sugar, usually taste fresh, but any of the others is hit and miss. Sometimes they taste a bit old. The place is clean. The people are always nice! They serve sandwiches, fresh fruit and have a pretty large drink selection. I would try it. Like I said, it’s hit and miss. You never know.

if you do not speak spanish they will not treat you with decent customer service and or treat you like you are stupid. and i hate it, because the doughnuts are delicious.

Went in earlier today and I had the worst service. My fiancé likes to joke around especially when it’s early in the morning to wake me up. He goes up to order his breakfast sandwich and he asks for something that we all know isn’t on the menu and we both laughed while the girl with the nose ring just stood there and we told her it was a joke and we ordered our breakfast sandwiches which were delicious. But our service was bad very bad attitude by the girls part who can’t take a joke in the morning she must have been working the graveyard shift next time just stay home. We went again to get donuts for our night snack and the man was amazingly friendly which is why they get a 3 star if that man was working earlier they would’ve got a five. Sandwiches and donuts were amazing! Yay! Boo morning shift!

My kids, and I went with some of our friends to enjoy some donuts on July 31st, 2011. After I purchased my donuts, we went and sat down and then I noticed I didn’t get my receipt. The policy at that location was that if a customer didn’t get their receipt, they would receive a dozen donuts free. So I went back to the employee that served me,(Yolanda) and I informed her that I didn’t receive my receipt. She quickly tore the receipt off the register and gave it to me. I reminded her that I should be getting a complimentary dozen donuts and she suggested that it was not applicable to me. So I requested to speak to the manager and she said the manager was not in yet. So another employee decided to try to handle the matter. After several minutes of disputing the matter with me, and raising their voices, they finally decided to cooperate. So they started to get ready to grudgingly get the dozen donuts but then they realized they only had 8 regular donuts left. They said that they couldn’t give us a dozen. So I suggested that I come back the next week and pick them up when they had more. She said it was now or never. So I was willing to get 4 of the bigger donuts and 8 regular donuts. She said they can’t give the bigger donuts. So I said I will come back another day. She was very rude and she refused to comply with the policy. She wouldn’t give me her name or the name of the owner untill my friend suggested I call corporate. Then she decided to give me the owner’s card and she refused to talk to me further. I still can’t believe that we experienced such horrible customer services over a $ 7.99 dozen donuts. Those employees should receive better training so they can keep customers instead of running them off. FYI: I still haven’t received my complimentary dozen donuts.

We got a dozen donuts here today and they were horrible. Some tasted stale while others had a very«fake» taste to them. These were some of the worst donuts we’ve had in years! Guess when you are part of a chain, the quality tends to slip. Definitely find another place, you’ll be glad you did!

ham… egg…cheese…croissant Basically, if you’re a human being this combination makes neurons in your brain fire repeatedly. Oh wait, I forgot to mention that the cheese was mozzarella and not your run of the mill American cheese. And did I also neglect to mention that the ham is actually ham cubes scrambled IN-TO the scrambled egg? Can I get a «Good Lawd???» Finish it off with a cup of fresh squeezed OJ or mango juice and you are good to go my friend. GOODTOEFFINGO…

The Albertson’s next door is my primary grocery store and I kept seeing those awesome pictures of their breakfast bagels in the window. Finally tried one and it was nasty. Seemed like all the ingredients were premixed and only half-cooked
