Rock Creek Pizza

This place is great for a variety of pizzas. The salad bar is also pretty good. The dessert pizzas are really yummy, my wife loves these ones. Price isn’t too bad for what you get.

Great pizza buffet with salad bar, it has a wide selection with dessert pizza! I would recommend going on a weekday afternoon when it’s not as busy and noisy. This is not a nice sit down restaurant but it’s clean and the staff are very friendly.

We eat pizza weekly and love trying new pizza places. This place is a family favorite! We always get their salad and pizza buffet so we can try a variety of pizzas. They have more kinds of pizza than any place we have ever been and they are all so delicious! They also have tasty dessert pizzas and garlic bread. Make sure you request a couple of pizzas for them to put out, they are always very accommodating in that way. Sometimes we request 3 or 4 pizzas if needed!

I’m rounding up and giving this place 3 stars. I visited this place in the early afternoon of a Saturday. It was not what I expected when I walked in. I thought this would be a semi-​nice sit down place with gourmet pizza but I found when I walked in was an atmosphere similar to a little kids birthday party — very noisy, lots of people walking around, no wait staff (that I could see) and styrofoam plates.
Initially, I saw there were two Unilocal deals but when I talked to the cashier about the details of the Unilocal deal he had absolutely no idea what I was talking about… apparently he has never heard of Unilocal.The Unilocal deals were on pizza orders and I didn’t feel like explaining the specifics of the coupon to the cashier so I eventually opted for the salad and pizza buffet– it was easiest to order, was a good value, and gave me the option to sample a variety of pizzas.
I was given two Styrofoam plates with no explanation. Was one for salad and one for pizza? Did it mean two visits to the buffet? Was it a mistake. I really have no idea.
The salad bar was good, not fabulous but better than most. The pizzas were also good but I could not tell you what kinds I liked because they were not labeled. The pizzas were cut in very small slices, about the size you might serve to a toddler or little kid. That was ok in order to help sample the pizzas but it contributed to the atmosphere of a little kids birthday party rather than a nice restaurant.

Pizza was ok. Well for a buffet however it was actually good and kept fresh with variety, but if I really wanted a great pizza this would not be on my list. It’s great for kids and does have a gluten free option which is great. My kids liked it, the wife and I didn’t care for it much. There was no fresh brewed tea option for ppl that don’t drink soda.

My family loves this place. We always do the buffet. Be sure to request a pizza that looks good to you. Love the buffalo blue pizza and the chicken garlic. Great salad bar and fun to choose from several pizza flavors. AND to have a delicious dessert pizza all for the buffet price. If it weren’t a little pricey for a family of five, we would probably come once a week!

The pizza was very good, and the selection on the buffet was refreshed regularly and kept warm. There was a fairly big crowd there the night we went, so keeping up with demand couldn’t have been easy, but they did it.
My only complaint was the serving area was small, so with a large crowd it often got pretty congested.
