Had a better experience at this location. The staff was very friendly I came here during the afternoon. They were a lot more helpful than the Big Bend Rd. location as far as customer service. Environment is like your standard auto supply store

Great service and honest people. I came here after a check engine light came on in my car and I had gone to get my oil changed at one of those «Jiffy» places. The people at the oil change place had told me it was a very serious problem and that they would take care of it and it would cost about $ 3,000. I said that I would need a 2^nd opinion and they said it was too dangerous to drive on. I brought it to Autozone and they read the code and it was actually a faulty gas cap and O2 sensor. Being new to the area, they also recommended a good mechanic. This place has now earned my business and I can’t thank them enough. It’s sad when there are truly unscrupulous people in the world but it’s refreshing when you find good ones that are truly honest.

This is really Act 2 of the drama of yesterday getting new windshield wiper blades for my trusty and loyal 07 Nissan Murano. Why do I even tell what car… all becomes clear. Trust me.
It has been raining here in biblical proportions all week. Driving around in it was a blurry mess, time for new wipers. Passing another auto parts store that begins with an «A» I thought here we go and bopped in. Found the wipers and another couple were making their choice. Usually there is some kind of guide there but no, no guide. I asked the folks how did you know what blades were for your car? They said you have to ask the parts guys and they will look it up (sigh). Ok get in line, yes line. Three parts guys. One is arguing on the phone with someone until that ends and then the phone rings and he takes the call instead of waiting on the person in front of him. No No No No.
Another parts guy can’t figure his customer out so he asks the one next to him for help reducing the parts guys by one. I am so outta here. I left with shmeary wipers.
Just down the road was the other «A» auto store, Auto Zone. Pulled in, lo and behold there are not one but two guides hanging off the wiper rack. First guide had my Murano but was blank for 07, the only year that was blank. The other guide didn’t have 07 at all. What the freak?
I went up to their parts guys for help. There were at least 4 or 5 of them and they all asked if I needed help. What a difference over store 1. I told the first one the problem and he started his computer search. No dice. He asked me what was the production date? What? Who the hell knew that… uh let’s see… Hirokuro blah blah blah on April 27 at 1 PM. Not really.
It seems that there was a production design change mid run in 07. Who knew that? And when it was made mattered. Luckily one of the other guys knew the sizes. My guy asked me what brand, Rain-​X, grabbed the right sizes, two different sizes for either side and installed them for me right then and there no charge.
All hands here were super nice and professional, truly, 5 stars.
P. S. 8÷20÷14 Naturally it hasn’t rained since.

I absolutely despise when my husband sends me to do something car related. I have no clue about cars. He sent me into this Autozone for windshield wipers. The associate was so nice. I told him I had no clue what to look for. He showed me all the types and explained them to me. He helped me pick out exactly what I needed. He was very patient with me even though I didn’t have a clue. I felt like I wasn’t bothering him and that he truly enjoyed his job. He even offered to put them on for me. Maybe that’s something they all do but it made me a definite return customer. I was in and out in no time.
