Chase Bank

Chase Bank is definitely the leader in banking technology, but this branch has got to be one of the worst chase banks I’ve ever entered.
I am a Chase private client with 14 business accounts and a few personal accounts and also carry their high-​level Palladium credit card, but they treat me like a vagrant when I go to this branch.
I’m not going to mention names but on several occasions I have walked into the bank looking for a quick solution and found half a dozen people sitting at their desk picking their nose and everyone says that they were too busy to help me.
They charge you to deposit your cash, and make you feel stupid if you don’t have the deposit slip filled out as you run through the drive-​through which is supposed to be quick and inconvenient.
Some idiot at this branch actually closed one of my business accounts because they said «Chase chose to end the relationship with this business because we can no longer supported» whiskey tango foxtrot?

I am not a big fan of Chase in general but I do some business banking with them. This location is near my office so its easy get to, good amount of tellers inside and out and ample parking. The place itself is comfortable and clean.

I was so excited when this location opened up. Previously I had to do my banking at the one on Causeway. That was very inconvenient for me. This one is a couple minutes from my house. It is in a good location. Easy to get in and out. The branch is very nice. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They are never very busy so I get my banking done in a flash. The lobby is always nice. They have coffee and cookies for the customers. The boys love going in because they always leave with a lollipop.
