This is my go to for Chinese. I am yet to be disappointed by this location, hopefully that never happens. I will admit I am not adventures with the menu. I always get the teriyaki chicken, every time. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it You get a ton of food for a decent prices I am always full and generally have left overs. The customer service is on point here. The cashiers multi task between drive thru and front counter seamlessly. I believe they have an app you can order from, but I don’t see the need they are normally very quick. This isn’t a gourmet place by any means but for a fast food type place and Chinese, this is the standard in my eyes.

Really disappointed in this Panda Express!!! We went through drive through this evening and got our order messed up… Not only that they give you a REALLY small portion of entrees. Only got about 5 pieces of orange chicken on my plate… And for Beef and Broccoli don’t expect much meat… It was only two pieces, and bunch of greens. Honestly, when you go to any other Panda Express location, they usually give you plenty of food. So I’m not sure what’s the deal with this place. I guess they’re running low on their ingredients! Also, don’t expect to get any refund, they’ll only ask you if you would like a complementary drink.

I try and limit my fast food eating, but Panda Express is one of the spots that I don’t mind going to occasionally when I am in a rush. I am a creature of habit when it comes to dining at this spot — I always go for their signature Orange Chicken, which I enjoy! I find their brown rice to be rather bland tasting — adding soy sauce only makes it marginally better. Usually though I just get an order of the Orange Chicken without a side. Service has always been fast at any location I have gone to. I like how you can sample one of the entrée options if you are not sure about the taste — they hand you a toothpick with a piece of it on there, then you dispose of the toothpick in a marked tin can. One change I wish Panda Express would implement is for those that use forks/knives, they are next to the drink area and left for anyone to take. But they are not wrapped in plastic! Just from a «clean/sanitary» perspective, I wish their plastic utensils weren’t just exposed like that.

I used to stop by this Panda Express at least once a week. I have never had a problem with their food or service until the other night. The girl that was taking orders seem very miserable and had the personality of a dead fish. I just happened to be observant on those kinds of things because I work with paying customers every day. The man that was in front of me seem happy and was trying to get the girl to crack a smile. She did not engage in any conversation with the guy and then moved on to me. When taking my order, I didn’t even finish telling her what I wanted and was rudely interrupted with a question of «here or to go». What pissed me off was the fact that when she saw a group of ten coming through the door, she voiced her disgust and said she wished these people would stop coming in. After how I was poorly treated, I told her to cancel my order and told her that her attitude sucks. I wish these people who are hiring their help would take the time to see what is going on while the manager is not around. I would report this to her manager, but I feel nothing would be resolved. I am not asking for anything free from this place. Been in the customer service business for many years and I do understand the frustration of working during high volume hours, but if you don’t like the job that was offered to you, then please, do us all a favor and seek employment elsewhere.

For my money, you can’t go wrong with lunch at Panda. I know, I know, it’s nothing fancy, and it isn’t authentic. But it sure hits the spot every now and again, and it’s pretty cheap if you ask me. I usually get a bowl and an order of rangoons and always spend under $ 9. They also get you in and out very fast! I always use the drive-through, and don’t think I’ve ever been there more than 5 minutes. *And* they have online ordering, which is very easy to use. See here: SweetFire Chicken, I’ll be back for you!

Ordered take out and got home to find part of my order missing. I called back and was told I could come in and get it free. Duh! I asked for a consolation prize since they messed up. They said no! I only get what they forgot to give me. So somebody in my family didn’t get their food. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Out of the 4 times I have eaten here, twice I found a human long black hair in my food and the food is consistently dry like string under a heat lamp all day, maybe previous day as well. Really poor place to eat.

We were pressed for time. Got here at 11am. Everything was freshly being made as they just opened. It’s a fast food Chinese chain, but got beef and broccoli to limit bad choices. Tasty. Affordable. Filled the void quickly, and not greasy. While not s fan of these places, I think because we got here as they opened, the food was good.

Had a great experience this afternoon. Was kindly offered a generous sample then a free soda because of a wait by Coral. Very friendly service and a good attitude all around. Restaurant was clean too and safe.

We come here often because it’s a easy Chinese food fix. With this location they seem to always be short staffed, long lines are typical. Tables have rice and lo-mein on them all the time from previous guests. Staff is friendly tho.

Yes, I know, Panda? Really? Yes really. I was going to Target and it’s right next door so there. It has been a long time since I was in a Panda. It’s going to be a longer time til I go again. Between the food and the cost, I think not. I will say that one of my dishes was some kind of Angus beef cuts cooked with fresh asparagus, onion and mushroom. The beef was super tender and flavorful, a real surprise. one thing for Panda, their veggies are all fresh. The rest of the food, mainly the noodles, or Chow Mein, according to them, was dry and tasteless. The worst part was the price. A 2 item plate, 1 order of spring rolls(2) and a small drink was $ 11 and change. Whoa baby, not worth that. The only panda I’ll be seeing from now on will be the Dancing Panda, hashtag, on the Tonight Show.

Panda Express and I have a storied history. When I lived in Fresno(a story in itself), it was the chinese place de rigueur. Now, here’s one right outside Targbort, ready to fill you up with mall chinese food. The food is generally higher-quality and the choices are pretty decent. Everyone while we were there was friendly too. It can get a little pricey for what you’re getting though, so adjust your budget accordingly. They have a drive-thru, but with places like this, I like to see what I’m getting. Especially when, by request, they’ll make a fresh batch of what you want if they’re low — obviously you lose that option when ordering through a speaker.

I think this medium was executed better at the food courts at your local mall, It was more of new idea to offer Chinese food at the food court and a treat to have something over the typical fare. The food is overpriced for the portions they give you, more importantly they can’t compete with a good quality Chinese restaurant. The food quality is not consistent and below of what you would normally get. My main reason for giving them a try was the cute logo lol , Who can resist a cute panda? Unfortunately that’s about where it ended for me and my only exposure to the cute guy will be with a drive by.

If you get a craving for chinese and you are near this place… just keep driving!!! I always like to give a place a couple of tries before I make my mind up, but this was one of the exceptions. This is a one and done for me! The food was tasteless and seemed like it wasn’t fresh at all. There are just so many other places that I will spend my money for chinese. I should have checked on here first before eating here… never again!!!

They didn’t have the barbecue pork, which was the 1 thing I really wanted. Then they said it would take 3 more minutes to make fresh spring rolls… a really long time after waiting 15 minutes to order and that’s in the drive through. I left the window with no soy sauce or duck sauce. I really didn’t feel like going in which is why I stopped at this seemingly busy business after a long tiring day. After trying the food, I threw it away… no kidding. Why didn’t I check out Unilocal beforehand?

I am surprised to read the negative reviews. We recently moved to Tampa from Los Angeles and have been disappointed by the lack of good Chinese food. Although Panda doesn’t qualify as good Chinese food, whether in Cali or Florida, it is a good back-up when you need to satiate your Orange Chicken or chow mein craving. While it is odd that chain restaurants can differ in taste from location to location, this Panda outdoes the Panda in the Brandon mall.

I saw this open up pretty close to the house, have not eaten in a Panda Express since I lived in California(it was in the food court where I went to college and worked). But this place had a drive through and I am always skeptical when ordering Chinese through a drive through so I went in. The inside is nice and spacious and it started to go downhill. I grabbed a combo place with orange chicken, broccoli beef, and kung pao chicken and chow main for a side. The chicken was overcooked, the kung pao chicken was cold on the inside and over spiced on the outside, but the broccoli beef was okay. The chow main was so greasy I thought I got a lube job while I grabbed a quick bite. When I was in college this is okay, but now I am older I feel my arteries hardening. I will just try someone else next time, can someone recommend a place to go to and not order by a number?

I was really excited when I found a Panda Express was coming to Riverview. For a long time I was stuck driving to the Brandon Mall or up 60 to have some tasty Orange Chicken, but finally Panda Express was going to be less then a mile away. When it arrived, I went frequently, sometimes ordering double or triple Orange Chicken, usually on my way to an appointment somewhere. At first the taste was great, but then they started to burn the chicken or cook it wrong and the flavor started to go. I decided to experiment with other things on the menu but everything I tried was pretty awful. Service was pretty decent and workers are usually helpful. However, with the lost of taste I guess I’ll be checking out the food courts of Tampa Malls to try and get some tasty Orange Chicken.
