What I love about running from Panther trace is actually running on US301 because I think it’s about 11 miles of asphalt paved road and for me it is much easier on my knees hips and my feet there are usually a lot of people out biking and running it’s the longest place our trail if you would say to run in the Brandon Riverview area without having to consistently stop for the traffic. The paved trail is very wide so there is a lot of room for everyone to keep it moving. People are usually very respectful and will move around others and/or announce themselves as they pass by. The drawback is there isn’t enough trees for shade in the summer and it can get hot but a lot of people are out running and biking. My motto is keep it moving summer, winter and spring! Hot or cold

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Tipp City, OH
Panther trace is not only a great place for families, it’s a great location for commuting moms and dads. It is ideally situated in the growing Riverview area — away from the congestion of Brandon, yet close to neighborhood shopping and entertainment. I-75 and the Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway are easily accessed, as well as I-4. You’re just minutes from downtown Tampa. Yet the tranquility of Panther Trace makes it feel like you’re comfortably away from all the hustle and bustle of the city
