My wife loved Paul, chief water test guy, we used him for 9 years.
But Leo & Angeline the OWNERS SUCK!!! My salt system cell was dying & Paul was trying to get it replaced under Warranty, so Paul gave me 1 jug of free Chlorine. LEO saw this and called me a THIEF to my face, this being after I have been a loyal customer for 9+ years and spent $ 25−30K at his store, WTF LEO? I go back a few days later & Angeline, Leo’s wife, threatens me with ARREST as I go in the store & try to talk too Paul. What a pair of RUDE people, as long as i am spending thousands of dollars in your store all is good, paul was just being a nice guy, WTF?
Please take your pool business to Leslies at Big Bend & 301, Jorge & Angela are the BOMB!!!

Their customer service is unmatched. Sales rep meets customer at the door, they walk you in to show u the selection of what you need and then leave you to make a decision. I will shop there again

I have been coming to this store for 8 years (since my pool was installed). I tried a few other places during the first year but this was truly top notch. I can share countless positive experiences where they have gone above and beyond what is expected and what sets them apart from any other competitor I have been to.
Every time you come to the store you are greeted by an employee who comes out to the car to get your chlorine jugs. While waiting for your chlorine you are checked out and asked if there is anything else you need and how the pool is. They have NEVER tried to simply sell me services or products just to make a sale. They always take the time to ask why I am purchasing something and have told me when I don’t need something.
I have had them out to my house twice and they were punctual and courteous. During one visit they determined what needed to be replaced but further question why it needed replacing, since the pool and filter were less than 2 years old. They determined there was a problem with the circuit breaker and I contacted an electrician who did in deed find and fix a major problem. Had they not questioned why the new part would have needed replacing again very soon. I truly appreciated them taking the time to question why and help me find a major problem.
A dear friend went in to assist a neighbor. His neighbor was critically ill and her spouse was deployed. When he told them the situation they asked for the contact information and took care of everything. It was not what my friend was looking for he was willing to help but did not know much about her pool. They really stepped up and gave back to someone in need.

Best pool store in the area. The owner is always giving advice. Excellent technicians and inventory. Great customer service always the best
