Worst Guest service at all SAMs, cashiers confront guest, the use of Honey during transactions is absolutely unacceptable, but it’s 2 minuets from my house :(

Over all it’s a clean store and they have a good selection of merchandise. Although the vendors along the main aisles on each side are annoying. They chase you down and ask you a billion questions until you reach the point of wanting to leave the store. One time a woman tried to put lotion on me — which I don’t want any stranger invading my space nor touching me. I hope the management elects not to bring in vendors to bother the customers soon, otherwise I will be forced to go somewhere else.

Majority of the people that work there are great and they help as much as they can with you however the vendors that they bring into that place are horrible and disrespectful people. I had one gentleman tonight bring up something about job washing cars clean my house and I made a comment that I don’t clean and he said well then this doesn’t belong to you reaching into my basket and took the free item…

Great disappointment. Usually long waiting lines on check out.
Almost every day I need to stop at Sam’s because it’s on my way to work and I need to pick up a few things for my business. Lately I try very hard to avoid Big Bend and rather stop at the Brandon branche.
Way better organized so I can get in and out fast. Also much friendlier employees!
The (older) lady working inside the liquor store should look for another job. She is one of the most grumpiest people I have ever come around and I have experienced that a few times over a longer period of time. Don’t know why she still works there?! She can’t even say hello/​thank you and so forth.
Does she miss all the meetings in the mornings? Does she know about customer service? And why in the world does she not sell 20 lbs. bags of ice without purchasing any alcohol? ??
Any supervisor there to take care of her?
I hope there will be changes soon.

Sams Club is very useful when we need to stock up! This particular location is always clean and the workers are always friendly and helpful.

I’ve been a Sam’s Club member for over 10 years, but up until recently, I hadn’t been utilizing it for it’s full potential. Now, we make it a monthly trip and have a specific list for all our necessities.
This particular location is one of the nicest and cleanest I’ve ever been to. It’s definitely one of the largest locations as well.
The shelves are always fully stocked and organized and we never have any trouble locating items from the properly labels aisles. The checkout lines are plentiful and always conveniently occupied with plenty of service representatives.
If you visit on a Friday or Saturday, be sure to browse through the food aisles. There are always plenty of sampling to be done through the many vendors and representatives on the floor.

Can we ever get out of here without spending a couple hundred dollars? I don’t think so. We must need the stuff, it jut doesn’t follow us home, (sigh).

I love this place, but I can’t go in here without spending $ 100 !! Today, it was over $ 200 because hubby found a deal on shirts and bought like 8 of them.
Like any of the big box stores, Sam’s offers great deals on anything from celery to patio furniture. You have your staple mainstays, coffee, peanut butter (yeah crunchy!!), fruit snacks for the grandkids, etc. But I think the real fun is finding the clothing deals, DVD’s, beach paraphernalia, and books. Once they were selling 5 pounds of chicken breasts for $ 5 a package because they had overbought. Wish they would overbuy every few months like that.
I find everything high quality and worth the price. For us, since it’s just the 2 of us, if I buy peanut butter it will last us months because everything comes in jumbo size! So many times we have to pass on some deals because it’s just too much. Great for families though if you have the room to stock up.
This particular store is always very neat and clean, employees are friendly and helpful and don’t forget the $ 1.50 lunch specials, hot dog & a coke! (Awesome !Even the hot dog & coke are supersized)! What a deal !!

Sam’s club pizza has been the stuff of legends. I’m not sure why this is suppose to such great pizza but it’s not. I make better pizza but I’m sure it has more to do with the cheap price for families, its just ok. This is just a review of the pizza, love Sam’s club stuff otherwise.

I was so happy when this location opened in Riverview. Before we had always gone to the one in Brandon. This store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always very friendly. We shop here frequently.
I love it when they have samples. Their food is really good and I love getting to try before I buy.

This one is one of the nicer Sams. much cleaner, friendlier and more organized than the Brandon location.
