I came in 5min before close and they refused to do a nail take-off and shape which takes all of 15 min.
All the nail shops in FL are terrible with customer service including this one. If your business is open till 7:30 p.m. then customers should be accepted till that time or else set an earlier time if you’d like to go home at 7:30. It’s very rude and unprofessional.
I won’t be back!

Showed up with only one person waiting. The place seems to be undergoing a remodel and is not finished. The staff was talking with each other in the back but no on greated anyone who walked in. One staff member came up to the front to ring out a customer and still did not acknowledge anyone waiting. It took over 15 minutes before someone actually talked to me. By the time all was done and my pedicure failed with 3 days as the paint started chipping off immediately. Very disappointed!

They have cleaned and remolded and reduced prices. Give them another try. It is night and day from the last time we were there and we were happy with price

If I could give this establishment zero stars — I would. Came in to get a gel manicure done, ended up with the nail technician slicing a deep cut on my left hand’s pinky. Instead of stopping the manicure she replied «sorry» in an insincere manner and proceeded to go on painting my nails sloppily and sealing the manicure.
I still had to pay for the awful manicure service I received. I will never visit this salon again. A skilled and patient tech will NEVER CUT YOU. Especially as deep as this woman did. I just hope they actually sanitize their tools.
Worst customer service I’ve ever endured at a salon.

Worst customer service and nail tech haf my daughters nails done there and within hours her polish was peeling off. When I brought her back the owner said that the services were non refundable and didnt what to fix it. We will never be back.

When this shop first opened they were awesome! Everything was super clean, staff were so nice and it was a relaxing environment. Things have gone down hill, it’s very dusty and dirty they don’t seem to maintain the place very well. The staff always seemed rushed now too. I stopped going as the shellac would lift after one week.

I’ve been here only a hand full of times, mostly because it is very close to my house. I’ve had a pedicure here and a pink and white fill. The pedicure was ok. Nothing fancy. I think I was more disappointed in the way the employee painted my toenails. The paint was on my skin along the outside edges of my nail. The pink and while fill was a much better experience.
I was in and out in an hour and it cost $ 35. That seems to be the average price around here.
It’s by no means the best service I’ve ever received but it’s not the worst either. I’m just glad she didn’t burn me or cut me. I guess with this place it’s ⁵⁰⁄₅₀.

I usually go to Cutie Beauty Salon but they were closed one day so I decided to try this nail salon out… I will never go back. They’re very rude and they rush you through everything. They don’t listen to what you want and they aren’t friendly at all. Their prices are too high for the quality that you’re getting.
