I’m not a WD fan but they do have some items that our regular market, Publix, doesn’t carry. This location is not a converted Sweetbay so it’s older and in a not so nice strip mall but it is well stocked and very convenient. On the corner of 301/​Boyette-​Gibsonton Rd makes it a great location to stop in if we need an item or two without having to go to Publix. The store is fine and has been updated but the strip mall itself could use a makeover.

I am not a big Winn-​Dixie fan so let me say that up front. This one is clean, the aisle are keep uncluttered and the staff (from my experience) is friendly. I do take advantage of their sales on occasion.

I do almost all my shopping here. Their prices are comparable to Publix, but they have a fantastic gas savings program too. The staff at this store is always helpful and friendly, and the inside of the store is clean and orderly.

I usually shop at Publix but occasionally I do stop in here. The place is not in the best of strip malls its a little rundown on the exterior but inside WD things are different. Very clean and organized, staff is always friendly and helpful. I have shopped at the Meat dept a few times and the meat has been excellent quality. Overall the place does not stand up to Publix but its a good alternative as well.

I rarely go into Winn Dixie. I prefer Publix. But this one is really close to my house and stop in on occasion. I have to admit that this store used to be awful. Very dirty and disorganized. But I feel like each time I’ve been in recently they are cleaning it up. I was pleasantly surprised to see how orderly and how nice the produce section looked. It also looked like they had really cleaned up. The staff has always been friendly. I hope this Winn Dixie keeps up the good work and contines to improve. If that’s the case I may shop there more often.

While in my opinion Winn Dixie isn’t as nice as, say, Publix, this one is pretty respectable. The store is kept clean and stocked and the managers and employees are always friendly when I pass them in the aisles. If I can’t find something, they are always happy to help.
They generally have great sales, too, so I recommend grabbing a Winn Dixie card in order to cash in on them.
I have seen my share of dirty Winn Dixies and, to be honest, there were plenty of years when I didn’t shop there because of it. However, this location has always impressed me as being clean and pleasant. I would recommend any hesitant shopper give them a shot.

This place is seriously dirty nasty ghetto grocery store. Be prepared for the drunk mothers with naked babies in shopping carts, leaving screaming naked babies next to milk cooler while they are looking at some item 4 aisles away. Store is nasty dirty too.
