Dr. Spangler is nothing short of amazing. What a kind, caring woman. Spent minutes on the phone with me elaborating every step of my pets care. She even found a heart murmur that five other clinics in Roanoke (this dog had parvo, hurt her elbow when she was a pup. been to plenty of Vet ER’s and no other vet found this) did not find. It goes to show you that the right person truly makes a difference. I am forever grateful to this organization and especially Dr. Spangler.
