This is a great key place. I needed a Lexus key cut and they did it quickly and accurately. I mentioned that the driver side door lock was difficult to push key in and they quickly lubricated it. Key worked perfectly. Very professional operation.

The customer service at the store was excellent!
I arrived before 9 am and they opened the doors to let me in early. The workers were dressed professionally and motivated, I could not tell a difference between workers and managers. I had no key to copy since I lost my car keys, but I brought in proof of ownership of my vehicle and they were able to create a new key from scratch! I was impressed, I was out the door by 9:08, that’s how fast they worked. The store experience was perfect. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, when I called the day prior when I was stranded, they could not come help me because they were too busy. As successful as this company appears, they can do better than that.

I’ve never had any issues with keys working, however I have purchased remotes and it took them over an hour to get them to work. Oh yeah, the owner is the rudest, most overbearing, obnoxious person I’ve ever met.
