If only they can also maintain their bathrooms a little better… I would give them 4 starts. Men’s bathroom that is. It stinks whenever I have chosen to stay long enough here and needed to use it. And now the thought of ever needing to use it again, makes me want to leave sooner. Not a good customer friendly experience here from that aspect. Otherwise it’s just an average outlet just like any other branch of this franchise. Just okay. Usually well mannered staff and usual book collection. Nothing extra-​ordinary to write home about.

Stopped in here to pick up a couple of items and peruse.
Atmosphere: this store is located at the mall, which is clean and presentable. Since it’s at the mall there can be limited parking. The store is clean and well organized. There are plenty of signs to assist you in finding that which you seek. There are plenty of customer service booths from which to get assistance. It also has the coffee bar off to the right side of the exterior entrance with a few seating options.
Associates: the associates have been a great help in finding books and have been polite and professional. I would give 5 stars to this location, but when we went to check out, there was no one at the front counter. Luckily, one of the associates working on a stack of books noticed us and came to take care of our check out.
Selection: this store has a nice selection of books as well as many other items (like games, DVDs, etc). We reserved a book via the website for pick up and it was ready when we arrived.
