Love this place. Great burgers, sandwiches, beer, pizza and the Baltimore is wonderful!

Hair all over the food! Beware! I have been here several times, but I will not be back. They have great burgers, and I’ve always had a good experience until yesterday. I came for lunch with a party of 4, and service was great, as always (this is the only reason for the 2 stars). However, by the end of our meal, 3 of the 4 of us found hairs in our food. Finding one hair in one person’s food might be a simple, forgivable mistake, but that much hair is beyond disgusting. We were seated with a view of the kitchen and noticed one of the cooks had a duck dynasty-​style beard with no hair net or anything to prevent it from falling in the food. I suspect we are not the only ones who experienced this issue so keep an eye out!

The burgers are great (and huge, enough for two to spit depending the occasion!) and the beer selection is fun and ever-​changing. I love the hummus appetizer as well! Service is usually good and parking is easy, which is a huge plus being so close to downtown.

I’ve been trying to support this restaurant since I live close by but lately they seem to be more interested in taking my money then forming a relationship! I’ve questioned the bill atleast 3 of the last 4 trips I’ve been here, only to be told «no that’s how much it is.» Don’t get me wrong their food is good and I’m sure some Roanokers think its mind blowing but in bigger markets their menu is pretty average. It’s the arrogance that has done it for me and after tonight I won’t be frequenting this spot as much. I just paid $ 23.21 for a bbq chicken pizza and one beer! $ 9 for a ballast point sculpin which I often stock at my home in Charlotte NC for $ 12 a sixer and have never paid more then $ 5 on tap. When I question it I’m feed a line about how expensive ballast point beer is… I get the impression that most of the crowd in here doesn’t mind being overcharged and to them this is probably 5star bar food but honestly this place couldn’t pull this off in a bigger market. Really regret buying their $ 40 growler the first time I went there!

Not a bad spot for a burger but nothing special. Decent atmosphere, and a cool looking restaurant. We only got food and it was just ok. Our burgers and tots/​fries were tasty, but a little over cooked, and didn’t like the fried pickles too much. Probably won’t go back because there are better options in the area.

Meatloaf sandwich was very tasty. Fried green tomatoes best ever. Awesome beer selection. Great atmosphere. Our server Meredith was top notch.

Beamers 25 is a little high priced for some of the burgers and appetizers, however the appetizers are a fairly large size. The burgers are delicious and they make the large beer selection so much better.

Stopped in here because of the namesake and to try and grab a local brew on draft. It was oddly empty for dinner time. We just came in for drinks, but the food that was coming out looked good, but the atmosphere was seemingly odd. The beers were good, but we just did a one and done.

I’ve been here twice, the first time I was surprised that it wasn’t a typical «sports bar» atmosphere. It’s not completely upscale but I definitely felt a little underdressed in my yoga pants even though it was earlier in the day :/​The burger I got the first time was great! I got the one with bbq sauce, fried onions, and pickles. I added bacon and got tater tots on the side which were also delicious. I thought overall it was kind of expensive for the portions, but it was really tasty. The second time I got pizza and that was great too! ⁴⁄₅ mostly because service was a little off both times and if I’m craving a delicious burger I can go somewhere with better prices.

Food was not that appetizing but plentiful. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was fun and light. Excellent beer selection.

We went on a Monday evening and were pleasantly surprised to find out it was $ 5 burger night. Hooray! All 3 people in our group had burgers, which were a great value. We also split an order of onion rings and truffle fries.
We got to sit outside on the patio on one of the first cool nights of the season, and really enjoyed the evening. Great waitstaff, great food, and a great deal.

Good food, extensive menu of pizza, burgers and beers. Attentive server and nice patio seating on a sunny day! Would go back!

My friend Judee and I went good food, great service will go again. I have been here a couple of times I always tKe food home great portions!

Great spot, killer beer & food, but only one bartender. That’s kinda silly for a busy Friday night. Get the blackened meatloaf, so, so awesome.

Stopped for a late lunch with the hubby and 3 kids. Been driving from Pennsylvania back home to Florida. Place was ascetically pleasing but in a questionable neighborhood. They were very kid friendly, service was prompt and attentive, beer was cold, food was delicious. After our meal as we walked to the car the server ran outside to bring my toddler’s sippy cup we forgot on the table. Huge save! The rest of the drive would have been brutal without it.

Great selection of beers! They now serve pizza! You have to save room for their fried Oreo desert but make sure you order it with ice cream! You won’t want to share!

Meh, The burger was a burger. You know the kind where they are trying to be more than a burger… trying to be BETTER than just a burger… but then fail at being a burger… which is what you wanted in the first damn place. Yeah. That’s here. They do that.
The onion rings are good. too damn big, but good. Decent service.

The food has always been pretty tasty at Beamer’s 25! We’ve had mixed results with service, but I’d say the 10+ experiences at Beamer’s warrant somewhere between 3 and 4 stars on Unilocal!
You absolutely can’t go wrong with their huge onion rings as an appetizer, and the burgers and fries are spot on as well. Truthfully, I haven’t eaten anything there other than onion rings, burgers, fries, and tater tots here… but everything I’ve seen looks tasty! They have a fairly good selection of beer. No complaints here.

Arrived at the restaurant to find a 30 – 45 minute wait, usual for a Saturday night out. Waiting area wasn’t great in that there really wasn’t one of there was more than 2 groups in line. Luckily our wait was closer to 30 minutes which was good.
Atmosphere is great, wait staff is very friendly, and the mgr even came around to check on all the tables.
At our table we had two yummy burgers, fries, tater tots, a huge salad, and even bigger onion rings. Everyone loved their food and would definitely come back here for their beer flights and great food!

Here is a Burger joint with class. I was greeted with a smile and shown to a table in seconds. The dining area is open and they don’t cram tables in to maximize capacity. The uncomplicated menus is full of excellent and well executed choices I believe the price points were also very fair. I had the Savoy burger with caramelized onions cheddar and bread/​butter pickles. Prepared exactly as ordered it was warm juicy and delicious to the last bite. The half order of humongous onion rings was crazy good fairly priced and with burger priority I could only eat 1 ring, Bring a friend of you want to knock off an order!
Lots of beer choices and a great cocktail menu. There is ample parking and lots of free spots on the street.
