Ashley Bishop is the absolute best. She took care of me from start to finish. I love living at boulder ridge. Very quiet no crime area, great people, great complex. I’m moving but not by choice. I recommend boulder ridge strongly. Any maintenance issues I ever had were handled promptly. And great Roanoke PD courtesy officer on premises. If your considering Boulder ridge see Ashley Bishop. She will soo take care of you and make the transition seemless.

It’s middle in the night n AC broke down. Apt temp is 80′ f n Maintainence is not ready to come n fix the problem. Call up after hour Maintainence but no luck… First bad experience here n boulder ridge…

sara murray is who went completely above & beyond to help myself, my son, my husband and yes… even our family dog! we had such stress & axiety on us all because it was crunch time… literally, we had to start moving the next day. with our work schedules, my husband & I were always passing ships. sara made us feel as tho we were her top priority. after finally feeling at ease, we got our keys & at that exact moment, I could finally breathe again & put my son in his bedroom… & not be forced to a hotel room. thank you very much sara. we appreciate you more than you’ll ever know…

I sent a package here that was delivered to the office, and signed by HILL. Never was found but the manager wanted to make it right and offered to take 100 $ off the next months rent. Very thoughtful considering it could’ve been anyone’s fault.
