Coots, Cross, Lavinder & Quinn Family Dentistry

New resident of the Roanoke area, moved down from Michigan and had not found a local dentist… Needless to say I had a toothache. There are an endless list of dentist in the area but a coworker said she goes to this group and that they were great. So I called the roanoke office but they didn’t have any openings immediately available but the receptionist transferred me to the Daleville office.
After a few minutes on the phone with the Daleville office had an appointment for the next day at 7 am. Being from Michigan — no dentist offices are open before 9 am — so very ecstatic about getting in the next day and having an early appointment so you can do other things on your day off.
The office is easy to locate, clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. After completing the forms I was taken back to the exam area and saw the dentist rather quickly. Was out of the office bill payed etc within 40 minutes.
Have already scheduled my next appointment with them for cleaning ect.
Would recommend then for new patients — they were really great for accommodating me within 24 hrs! Great customer service so far.

What a great, cozy, & friendly dentist office. I was able to get an appointment in a matter of 2 days for a new patient cleaning and exam. The office staff was very friendly both on the phone and in person. The hygienist and dentist also make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend and I am very picky!
