I rolled into Roanoke on the first day of a 4 day MTB trip to VA and NC with 3 broken spokes on my rear wheel from a morning ride at Sherando. They had just moved locations the previous day and it was 1 ½ before close. The mechanic Jeff took care of business and had me up and running again while we ate dinner nearby. The others in my group loaded up on essential items: Stan’s, brake pads, saddles — they had everything we needed. This shop rocks! They also do custom bike fittings. Oh yeah, the mtb’ing near Roanoke is also fantastic.

I went in needing a bike lock and a pump. The woman who helped me understood my novice and my lower to mid price range and found me items accordingly. I didnt feel dumb or looked down on (sometimes happens at specialty shops) and I will definitely go back again for maintenance on my bicycle.
