Welp I see I’m not the only one with the same problem, I sent in a loan application on Saturday, and I’ve worked for banks so I get things take time and coning upon a decision isn’t so quick but come on now if you put you’re going to get back with us in one business day then it should be that, i’ll let two business days slide but a whole week??? Come on now, some one in the loan department needs to step their game up, if I’m not approved let me know And I’ll move on, I should never have to call and reach out to a business to get what I need from them, it is now Friday and still no call. HORRIBLESERVICE.

HORRIBLE experience. Won’t say the name of the woman we worked with for a loan, but she was terrible. Calling back days later, forgetting information, all to tell me I was denied for a loan, but not until I called her THREE times to as for the status. Her response was via email stating«Sorry. You were denied» how professional. Her attitude each time I spoke with her was miserable.
