great florist! I ordered on line from Idaho for my dghtr in Roanoke’s birthday! i knew every step of the way where my order was AND my daughter sent me a pic when she got it and it was definitely the same arrangement they sent me a photo of before it went out! i am definitely impressed and will be ordering again!

Well took til review to get picture of item sent even after follow up. Received receipt and delivery in two separate emails after delivered. Disappointed I didn’t get picture as promised until finally a review sent. If the picture was the item, it was perfect as I wanted. I do think a little pricey especially with service charge when ordering from florist in same city for delivery.

We just moved here from Chicago. You can imagine how hard it was to choose a florist in a new city. I picked the best. I ordered everything on line. They sent me a picture of the finished product, when it left their shop and when it was delivered! I was very pleased with their efficient service and great selection. Will be my new florist in Roanoke!

I wanted to send flowers to some dear friends in Roanoak, but did not want to use a 1 – 800 type of florist or the Internet. I’ve been disappointed. Googled George’s. What a terrific experience. The sales clerk was very helpful, they sent me a picture of the arrangement, the cost was great, the service better. And most important, my friends loved the arrangement! Ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday. At first, I was not completely in love with the arrangement (it was a little smaller and different than what I thought I paid for). Misty Sprague, the owner, called me right away and told me that their designers were going to redo it and resend me a picture. They did that right away, and the finished product was beautiful; my mom absolutely loved it! Great customer service, and beautiful flowers.
