Absolute love it! The coaches are friendly and helpful, the people are competitive and aren’t afraid to challenge each other. The price is the cheapest around. The programming is excellent. I’ve been to a variety of different crossfit’s around the DFW area & it’s definitely the best Box (for those of you that don’t know, that’s crossfit lingo for «gym») I’ve ever been to. They are all about people, you’re not just some number, you’re a member of one big fitness family!

The most fun you will ever have getting your backside kicked!
A supportive, fun atmosphere instead of the intimidating meathead «box» I expected.
Family run by people who care about heir clients and actually know your name and know how far to push you while keeping everything safe but challenging.
