The customer service at this location is absolutely atrocious. After being a contact lens wearer for many years without a pair of backup glasses, I decided to visit them to pick up a pair. The salesperson I spoke with didn’t want to be bothered with me when I asked for help picking out frames. Additionally, she got irritated when I asked about lens options and prices. It was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had.

I walked in because I had heard they will fix glasses for free whether they were bought from them or not. Mine were a litle bent which made one side higher than the other. I walked in close to closing time on a week night and found the salesperson to be very welcoming and friendly. He didn’t ask if I bought my glasses there and fixed them for free. He also replaced the nose pieces which were probably 2 – 3 years old at no charge. I did not feel any pressure to buy from them during my visit. Due to the excellent customer service I experienced I will be buying my next pair of eyeglasses from them!

The site of the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. It was three years ago, but it still sticks in my head. I was ignored at first, and then finally approached by someone with an «I’m too good for this» expression. She did not ask me if I had any questions or any questions, just if I was ready to place an order. I brought a friend along with me for a second opinion, since glasses are a pretty major aesthetic purchase. The saleslady rolled her eyes every time I talked to her. She gave me the hard sell on every single option; I stupidly bought them all and ended up regretting my purchase. After I sent corporate an email detailing my negative experience, the salesperson called me. No apology was offered, she just asked, with the same bored and distasteful tone she used with me in person, about why I felt the need to tell her bosses about it. She did not ask what she could do better. She just asked why I told on her. The optomotrist is just as bad, but I wrote about him under their«Optomotrist» entry. Stay away from this place. The convenience is not worth the rudeness.
