I broke down in Roanoke with a bad starter, and had the good fortune of finding these good folks to fix it. They did the job for the exact estimated amount, and also identified and replaced a bad oil pressure sensor on my car. The annoying little oily spots I’ve had in my driveway the last couple of years are now weathering away.
While I camped out waiting for my car, I was impressed with many details of how they operated, including how they talked with me, other customers, and suppliers. I wish these folks were closer to where I live!
