Had the opportunity to partake in a BBQ bonanza by Star City at the IA March Madness extravaganza. The Brisket was outstanding with just the right balance between smoke and sauce. Pulled pork was just the way I liked it! Smoked, Pulled, and Pork! Great flavor! All the sides were outstanding as well. Try the beans, they won’t disappoint. Best of all, it was cooked by some pretty cool folks. Good people want to make you return. Donnie knows BBQ and understands what it takes to make it good.
