If I could rate them lower I would and I will be looking into other providers. They didn’t show up for the appointments and didn’t bother to call and let me know. I called the service number and after being put on hold many times (0ver 30 min. one day) I am informed the local office changed my 2nd appointment and didn’t bother letting me know. I got no help at all by the local office or the home office. After this happening for a second time I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

If I could give them a zero, that’s what I would do. Purchased gutter guards from them back in November. Without going into the lurid details, this company failed to install the product, have been charging me for it since December. Apparently managerial positions have changed hands and the left hand doesn’t know how to talk to the right because I have received a total of one phone call from them since the origination of this purchase. All other communications, including scheduling and appointment confirmations have had to originate from myself. The installation was never completed. Now I am waiting to be refunded, and haven’t received a call YET AGAIN. Needless to say, 7 years of being a customer for two properties (rental and home) had no bearing on their consideration of customer service. If anyone wants to recommend a company for quality pest control that is not in any way affiliated with Terminix, let me know! Have homes in WA and VA. ALSO LOOKING FOR SOMEONE REPUTABLE TO INSTALL GUTTER GUARDS. TERMINIX MIGHT SAY THEY CAN, BUT THEY ARE JUST BLOWING SMOKE.

Now the carpenter bees have hatched and emerged from the eaves of our house. They were supposed to have been eradicated months ago. I asked the technicians (we had multiple) many times if they treated for them because I never saw them do it. They reassured me it was taken care of. Oh, and the last technician left the crawl space door open, under our deck so we were unaware, which caused our pipes to freeze and burst. Thanks. Please do not give your business to these people. I wish there was zero star option.
