Storage is terrible — dirty tin box with rusty door, no weatherproofing, nasty-looking ceiling, poor latch, and protruding screws.
Bait and switch pricing — was promised «free month of storage with a reservation for a truck», except I wasn’t told my belongings weren’t insured (extra cost) and THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR YOUR OWN LOCK!!!
Rude inattentive staff focused on their cell phone when I walked in and still more interested in whatever was on it than having my business. Nametag said that was the manager — if that was the manager then no wonder the place is so bad! Totally disgusted.
